I would look into some PUA stuff for, will you do direct or indirect stuff or a combination of the two. All you're really looking for is a smaller conversation and then build up to longer and longer. But then adding on things, like teasing, disagreeing(find something to disagree on but nothing major, oh you like chocolate, yuck vanilla is the way to go or something) since most people will start of just agreeing with everything she says. Statements work better than questions, assume that she's in…

I missed that point as well(cheating part), I think many of us did.

The set-up they got is really impressive indeed and the little bit of "bloodsports" that comes up from time to time is definitely entertaining.

Do anyone actually take these guys seriously? FreshAndFit that is. They clearly do not know what they're talking about. They're teaching others as they're learning, but portray themselves as experts, which if you just listen to them speak for 10 seconds, it's not congruent with what they're portraying themselves to be. Rollo really has a really bad judgment when it comes to picking guys to surround himself with.

You might enjoy some of the stuff The Knees over toes guy is posting. Pretty much everything is free on his youtube channel, I would say though, go slowly forward. But he has a site where you can pay for a program. I started by walking backwards 10 minutes a day for a week, and then over to doing these that you see in the beginning without added height https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3drEo432TI4 then later I started with height(which is where I'm at now). I guess after some time I will put on we…

Saying that there's IQ differences between races, doesn't mean that you have to say it in a negative way. But more so just stating a fact. You can see that with Rollo all the time, when he simply points out beta and alpha as what people are. Not from a malicious point of view, but mainly just stating what they are and what it means. Sort of when you look on the internet it's usually meant more as a negative term, while for him it's just meant as explaining the social dynamics without giving his …

Have you checked your testosterone levels? It's a world wide problem, so if you haven't please do so.

If I asked you the same question, what would you have answered me. Pretend that it's me typing what you just did, and asked you the same questions. What would you have answered me? You already got some excellent answers though.

For the lgbtqp stuff, authority I would say. If the authority would say to dislike these groups, they would follow those guidelines. There is no rebel phase, they simply look for who is the actual authority, and then they see. It's her friends, it's the media, it's the teachers, it's the government. Not her father, because he's a pussy. Even the ones who are not pussies are going to have a really hard time competing with the authority of all those things. She's going to make her choice and obey …

Improv Pair dancing You're already lifting BJJ, MMA (your choice which one) These will all get you out there and will make it easier to actually meet people, girls and have an easier time connecting with people. All those things you listed are done alone. These will do something different, improv will improve your social skills, pair dancing will take you out of that rusty self, who don't know how to touch a woman, and actually get comfortable later. Or don't know how to lead a women, all you do…

Well that's true, most don't get what they actually can do until they actually just stand strong and go for it. So they limit themselves by saying, no that's not possible, so they don't even try.

That's exactly it, you first gain confidence by experience and you showing yourself like "Yeah I can do this consistently and good now". That's how you gain confidence in any area, unless you're one of those confident but incompetent types of guys. But that's different.

There are yoga positions to fix your posture, /r/posture has some good advice. On youtube I've seen a lot about chin tuck as well. I'm working on it myself. Mainly with a couple of yoga positions.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've gathered it's about your mindset, having an abundance mindset. That doesn't mean just with woman, but also career(for example get to a position where employeers are fighting over you to work with them), same with social circles.

For most guys I've trained with who just got started with average height that is, would do 45kg. But that is being completely new.

I don't watch much entertainment at all, but rather anime than the usual hollywood garbage. Would much rather choose that out of all the available stuff out there today.

I think it's half of guys being in rage mode of redpill. Probably haven't read the sidebar or forgot it for a moment. They're not following the material acting like this at all. I guess the response should just be Read the damn sidebar.

Alright, but from a mans perspective that wouldn't be a turnoff. For a woman like in this case it definitely can be. This is not about being logical.

You always game, it all just depends on if you have good or bad game. But yeah it should be internalized at some point. Of not really trying but just making the right steps anyway, because it has now become apart of you. That's what self improvement is all about, you start of trying until it's apart of who you are. You change things and do things to become more confident until you are.

PUA advice is perfectly fine, and so is the rest. It's just different steps in the process.

That's exactly why pickup is a really good tool and shouldn't be looked down upon. Since it is that initial meeting with the girl. To get her to that date, than we have good game that's needed to keep her around. But yes, some get stuck on only the pickup part and take far too long to get to the next step.

Already answered in your other thread, but here you go https://therationalmale.com/the-best-of-rational-male-year-one/ Not sure if it has everything which is in the books, but it has a lot of it the essentials.

You can follow Rollo on youtube, where he speaks about a lot of the stuff you will read in the book. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8eLDzfH6YfZRDbDuMsNWiA But also his blog, which his books are based on. Just into a printed form. https://therationalmale.com/the-best-of-rational-male-year-one/

Amazon has most of the stuff, I believe there's both audio book, kindle version and pocket once. Just search for Rollo Tomassi the rational male and it will pop up.

They're going to be very stubborn about these topics, the question is if it's really worth trying to convince them? You are talking against someones world view, which makes it personal to them. Therefor they get upset, like my name they act like an NPC. Is it really worth it? I think you would have better chance of convincing a friend than someone in their 40's or what ever that has believed what they've believed their whole life.

The rational male by Rollo Tomassi, all 3 of them . A 4th is being written now. But yes, as he said /r/TheRedPill sidebar has a lot of good material.
