I saw this episode when it first aired and haven't seen it since so my memory may be foggy, but from what I remember, the guy took shots that the Jersey Shore cast had paid for and Snooki was expressing her disdain for that. I don't really remember her being incredibly annoying or even saying a whole lot before she got punched.

I agree I would not want to be filmed and put out for the world to see, but she has the choice to stop acting like that and/or go and sit in her car like she is told to do several times throughout the video.

I'm not positive, no. I know on cop shows (the one I'm thinking of is where they set up prostitution stings -- can't remember the name of it), they would always blur out the girls' faces if they were not 18. I'm not sure though, just thought I remembered hearing that.

As far as I know, in the US, as long as it's not children and you're not using it for promotional purposes, you have the right to video record anyone at anytime in public.

I have heard/read (i'm not a police officer) that you (obviously) have to state them, but it is typically not done while putting the cuffs on. They need to be done before interrogation, but not while being arrested. Again, just what I've heard. I don't know if there is any truth to this.
