Jump in the gym and get familiar with the basic compound movements (use good form ffs) and use dumbbells to work the stabilizers. At the start, I did 5x5 bulding strength and went from 80lb to 185lb for bench in about 4-5 months. Don't do what I did and skip leg day though. ​ I was getting stronger, but looked like shit. Actually looking back, I never made her take a test like the dumbass I was. She never took a test herself either lol. I was legit in limbo scared out of my mind until her period came around. ​ She was pretty skinny actually. But I think after the second plan B her period was very out of sync. My father is an abusive man that when he turned 45 realized he had to stop it. But he is still a negative nancy that has no friends and can't help himself the way he helps other people. His failures are everything I don't want to be in life. That enough "woke" me up and pushes me to better. I think we can learn from any type of people, good or bad.

Constantly pushed the idea of her being a grandmother, when I was still in high school with a gf (fucking nuts). Thanks. I wouldn't blame millennials for their beliefs however, I think it's their previous generation who brought them up that way (Who made the participation trophy after all?). I'm between a millenial/Gen Z myself, but I was raised the old fashioned way. I'd get whipped by a belt if I acted out of line, and that wasn't even considered bad parenting!

How is it so? This is a behavioral change on the guy that in turn shows what type of man he is. Dude I'm 20, 5'6 and weigh 140+. You are skinny as hell. I understand you can't lift, but you should eat. If you can't hit the calories in food then add protein shakes. Also, I get told I look like a high school kid still. You shouldn't give a fuck about that, hell it'll help us show maturity to younger girls who would be into you. As for a workout, if you can't do any upper body, then do lower body.
