1	Is a LTR just one big shit test? Yes and no. Yes because in an LTR you are bound to get emotionally attatched to at least some extent .Meaning your LTR will have a much bigger capacity to shit test you and have and effect than say a random lay from a club. This can be good because it gives you a challenge to be better in control of your emotions as well to get closer to a female and have a sense for their true nature (it can be difficult not to resent the female gender after seeing some things first hand unfortunately). 1	Morning Routines Mine in this order : Get out of bed in 5 seconds wash face with cold water Drink water Do bed Drink water Light stretch Drink water Meditate 10 mi Breakfast Take vitamins I had a more intensive one with reading or doing a run. 3	Upgrading plate to LTR / Monogamy OR Non-monogamy? What's the point of open relationships? Either plate or monogomy, anything in between is pussy footing. I would tread carefully with the latter, not saying your girl is not a good human being. Just keep your eyes open for red flags and I can never stress this enough --- use your own judgement.
