Another line he fed me early: "I would never do anything to hurt you." Did I ask if you were planning to?

My ex husband, who was generally pretty good at oral, had this one mystifying move where he would motorboat my labia. I had no idea what he was trying to achieve.

Oh, this makes sense. The psychopath I dated, towards the beginning, went hard on the "trust me baby trust me trust me, don't you trust me?" routine. Which, of course later when I figured out what he was and how those people operate, I understood what he was doing with that.

Also, usually the reason that "given consent doesn’t necessarily come from a good place" is due to abuse from other men.

He doesn't know how to groom himself either. The weird thing is that ridiculous triangle beard didn't happen by itself though?

I don't mean to downplay the discrimination lesbian and bisexual women experience. But, so this. I wish it was different for me. At least at this stage in my life. (I'm in my 40s.)

I'm the same way, but when it has come down to it - and I've had opportunities - I don't get excited about sexually interacting with a vagina. I love penis though, even if they look fucking stupid. And are attached to a bunch of slovenly jerks. It's tragic.

The last guy I dated was about 6.5 inches long and 7.5 inches circumference. It basically bulged out in the middle section. Every single time it hurt when he initially inserted, and after that it was ok. It didn't matter the position, how much warmup, or how gentle he was about it. I don't have vaginismus or anything. Sometimes dicks are just big and the opening of your vagina is what it is.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/09/20 02:55 AM
3

There's a correlation with big dicks and UTIs? That explains so much about my experience with the last guy.

Thank you for this. This just helped me a lot. I've just recently become involved with a HVM, who I know is one because we've been friends for a very long time. And for the first time in years, my whole body has been just tingling, my heart races in a good way when I think of him, my face flushes. I just feel good. I'm not even sure how this happened after being friends for so long, we've never so much as flirted, but something just suddenly clicked for both of us, like a switch flipped. Compare…

Ok, yeah, that's all pretty weird, actually. And, that he asked you on a date again makes me rescind my comment about respecting boundaries. I'd pass on him. And I feel like this "leadership role for a large multinational company" has shades of MLM.

2) Something about him tells me he's an expert at telling me what he thinks I want to hear. I have no concrete proof for this... When I read this, it makes me think of The Gift of Fear and this is your intuition telling you something that your conscious mind hasn't quite figured out yet. Your gut has picked up that something is off, even if you haven't quite pinpointed it, although it seems you're probably getting close. I can’t speak for ASD, but ADHD isn’t only about being disorganized or not sitting still- for me, it’s mainly about having a hard time regulating my emotions, being very sensitive to perceived or potential rejection, and having an overactive imagination that creates over-idealistic visions and hopes that aren’t based on anything substantial. I also have ADHD, and I hadn't heard of these issues being associated with it. But I struggle with similar. Do you know of a place where I can read up on th…

Sounds like the one that nearly destroyed me. I am still convinced he's the devil. Only difference is he spoke highly of most of his exes and stayed friends with several of them. This was part trickery and part maintaining a harem. He only badmouthed the wife. I don't think he ever said "I love you" to me, but he was using that word early on often, as in "I love it when you..." etc. And he's been known to tell some women he loves them early, I think. Otherwise whew, sounds like the same person.

I feel like more women who aren't getting satisfied regularly during sex should do this: start PIV with her on top while touching her clitoris, have (or fake if needed) an orgasm, then dismount and roll over. Make them feel outraged at sex ending with HER orgasm, see how he likes it.

Exactly, why am I going to waste time compromising myself? That's what these people are instructing me to do. And I've been trying to figure out why there is such a chorus of "give him a chance" in these situations, or worse, "he deserves a chance". Like these women get personally offended, and think I owe a man I barely know anything. I can only conclude that when they are learning of what actions I have taken and why, it forces them to hold a mirror to themselves and realize for just a moment …

This is what grates so much. I just had a situation where I had a trainwreck of pickmeishas telling me to "give him a chance" and I'm sitting here thinking...why am I to adjust myself around this man to this degree, when men are not expected to adjust themselves around women in this manner? No, I have planted myself here for a reason.

and then doing that abrupt upward head now that men do each other when they signal other men to fuck off Ooh, good one. It's a show of dominance. In a hypothetical scenario where a man flirts with me, and I like him, and he asks me for my number and I give it to him...if he pulls the "lemme call you right now to make sure that number isn't fake" he's just yoinked himself right out of contention.

I got a mini-silent treatment less than a week in, over text, from my ex-sadistic psychopath. I said something he didn't "like", and he just disappeared mid-convo for the evening. This was all in the middle of his lovebombing/seduction act, and up until then he would say "good night" and properly end a conversation. So it was very noticeable that he did this. I now recognize that he was testing me and I walked right into his trap. Because the next morning when he texted me I let him know that it…

Reminds me distinctly of the Pickmeisha mantra BuT hAvE yOu tRiEd tO cOmMuNiCaTe??? Oh my god. I didn't realize until now that this is literally true. I had hundreds of pickmeishas on one of my facebook groups yesterday telling me I just sHoULd HaVe ComMuNiCaTeD that I wanted him to come up with an idea for a date and take me on it before writing him off for being low effort. Like...literally hundreds of them scolding this at me.

I was scolded yesterday by a pickmeisha that I shouldn't have any expectations, because it'll always lead to disappointment. I said, you would go on a first date with someone and not have any expectations? Like, not even that he showered beforehand??

This is so true. It sounds kind of silly, but a man who drives assertively but not aggressively is a turn on. My ex used to follow too closely for my comfort and then have to brake too hard. I can't figure how this could happen.

That's because they always have to have someone lined up before they exit. And because men are the default person they assume everyone is like them.

This doesn't really do it for me. Like yeah it's nice, but what really gets me going is just making out with a man that I have chemistry with. That's what I miss and nothing can replace that.

The man I dated with multiple advanced degrees from top tier international universities and a high-paying, high-level job at a very well-known multinational corporation actually paid for all of our dates. He was also a sadistic sex addicted psychopath who is the most cunning manipulator I've ever encountered and I'm still recovering from the damage done by his twisted games.

This was at the seduction/lovebombing stage. You bring up some really good points. Honestly, I had just resigned myself to not meeting anyone anytime soon because of the pandemic. I've been chatting with men on OLD largely out of boredom, but also to honestly keep myself open to the possibility of encountering somebody worthwhile there and maybe getting to know them or whatever. Expectations very low, but I actually did like this guy and did consider meeting him. So now I'm conflicted, especially because of how things are in the U.S., it s…

Hey, I appreciate your thoughts on this. The other thing I was realizing is that while, I think this was probably the best suggestion he could come up with under the current circumstances, I actually don't want to do a first date at a picnic in the summer. I am heat intolerant and I would probably just be miserable, and not able to put my best foot forward nor be at ease around someone new. This is obviously a me problem and not a him problem. I don't really know what the answer is, though.

It's so weird, I never have been able to make sense of this. Around the same time I started talking to my psychopathic ex, like before I even met him in person, we were just messaging at this point, I started to develop these large, painful, pimples(?) on my neck/chin below my ear. Like around my lymph nodes. I'm not even sure if they were pimples. All of a sudden like two or three of these heinous things popped up, and when they would finally start subsiding, another couple would sprout up in t…

You know it's so weird. When it comes to the premature sexual innuendo stuff, I usually will give one chance to back off of that. My current strategy with that is to just be up front and just politely say that I'm not cool with that sort of thing at this stage. Previously though, rather than just being direct like this, I would just sort of sidestep any comments like that. I was recently offered a picnic park date with wine and fine cheese, that sort of thing. Right, it's totally hypothetical, because it's not going to happen and anti-natalists are perfectly aware of that. Rather, they tend to make the moral choice for themselves not to reproduce and perhaps give parents the side eye.

Yes, I have. Longtime subscriber to that philosophy, but it's been reinforced in the last couple of years as I've recommitted to feminism and realized that having children means exactly what you mentioned - creating an enforcer or a victim of patriarchy.

The worst insult to a boy is “you’re a pussy” or “you throw like a girl” whereas “he’s the man” or “he has balls” are somehow better despite both being more fragile, especially compared to pussies that deal with childbirth Yeah, it's pretty weird that the slang for vagina is an insult for being weak when it can birth babies and snap back, while the slang for testicles is a compliment for being strong when one little flick at them sends a man crashing to the ground in agony.

The sexual comment wasn't even that egregious or offensive. But you're exactly correct, it crossed a boundary I have, which is that I'm not cool with sexual comments prior to meeting in person. Does it also explain why he can go a week without responding to a message, but if I am silent for 30minutes when he messages, he double and triple texts? Absolutely. The silent treatment is to give you anxiety and control you by making you feel as if he'll drop you at a moment's notice, therefore you'll do as he pleases. Then if he senses you're pulling away, he'll hoover you back in by laying on the charm, which is also a method of maintaining control.

Anyone who just says "hi" or doesn't take time to think about how to reach out to me in a thoughtful, considerate, nonsexual manner is a huge NO I cannot stand this. Like, it just makes me irrationally angry anymore. And shit like "Happy Tuesday" just makes me want to throw my phone.

I WISH I could do it myself. I get a lot of blonde fuzzers on my lip and chin and I'm really self conscious about them, so I get this waxed. This is in or out of a dating context. I tried a DIY thing at one point. The third time I did it, I made my face all red and splotchy somehow.

Omg, I matched with this dude on Tinder once who apparently lives in Peru (not sure how I ended up in his radius??) who said he needed a favor and wanted to get married so he could get out of a shitty situation and immigrate to the U.S. or some nonsense. I was bored and decided to play along. I asked how much he was paying. He said like $5k or something. I said, you're out of your mind I'll do it for a mil. He was like, I'm not in a good financial situation though, I can't afford that. I'll pay …

Interesting! One option I was considering was going up the female line in my family to the oldest relative I personally knew, my great grandma, who lived to be 103. Similarly, nobody in my close family shares that name, although there are distant cousins. Though, I'm not sure if I want to go that route because she did take my great grandpa's name. As opposed to just selecting something entirely on my own. Thanks for sharing! I appreciate that you went with something along a similar line of think…

Same. I'm childfree and divorced. I want a long term relationship again at some point, ideally a life-long one. But the more I read, and also based on experience, the more I'm starting to think it's better to maintain separate residences. Moving in together is a romance killer. The only advantage I can see is splitting the bills.

What you aren't giving yourself credit for is that it takes a lot of strength to remove yourself from that situation, cut off contact, block him, and keep it that way. It is NORMAL for you to feel like you are hanging on by a thread. I know that probably doesn't sound reassuring. It WILL get better. The unfortunate reality is that you will need to tough it out, and this will fade. I promise. I also think the other poster gave you really good advice about taking him off the pedestal. Very hot and cold, he said he didn't want a relationship and always reminded me of that. But he would show interest like he had feelings. Texting me though the day, randomly calling. But then a day would go by and he would just stop speaking to me for a week or two. Then he would contact me again as if he was picking up where he left off. It was emtionally draining. I think this is a large part of why you're struggling. This is called intermittent reinforcement. I recommend you look it up and re…

I've seen men on other subs call out a woman who posts here and say "you post on FDS so your comment shouldn't be taken seriously". I think to myself, what about this place do they think is inherently wrong or negative? That women want to be treated well or have standards? Isn't that what this sub basically comes down to?

Oh, I definitely read that book in the fallout of it. I have since learned I can trust my intuition. And in fact, my intuition was screaming at me about a week into knowing him. I have a distinct memory of being in my bathroom at that point, about a week or two in, and I stared at myself in the mirror and said, "watch out for him, ImPiqued. Watch out for him." I knew, I even have evidence of me asking him over text a few days after that: "Are you something other than what you appear to be?" Beca…

I tell you what. This man told me the story of his marriage early on. Told me how she was a cheating psychopath. Really did up the story, and in detail listed out the traits of a psychopath. It wasn't until much later that I put together that he was exactly describing their relationship, but in reverse. He cast their roles exactly opposite to what they were. And in doing so, he was totally revealing himself. This took place over text so I was able to read it back after I pieced it together and m…

Something he said tipped me off. He had accused me of intermittent reinforcement during an early argument. I had to look it up at the time because I didn't know what that was. In the wake of one of his grand devalue arguments that he picked with me, it suddenly occurred to me that that's what he was doing to me. So I looked it up again, and it led me to this blog/website that was allll about being in a relationship with a psychopath. And then it all clicked. I couldn't believe I was reading abou…

I'm dubious about this article because it's only considering the external portion of the clitoris. I suspect what is considered a vaginal orgasm is actually stimulation of the internal structure of the clitoris, and the placement of that structure in individual women. The article states that women who experience these vaginal orgasm tend to do so when they are "on top", and it's because they are leaning forward and stimulating the external clitoris. I'm sorry, do women tend to lean forward when …
