8	We Need To Prepare Boys For School, Not Schools For Boys I’m sure that I could raise a child to adapt and overcome certain adversities. Not only do I recognize it as a potential solution, I recommend it. There are kids that are already getting that level of investment from their parents. Saying ‘we don’t need to change the system, the kids need to change’ means in aggregate little will change. Parenting isn’t a system that is managed and standardized.
