There will be negative feelings in the beginning obviously but with your children in mind it's time to get to work. Get a new place and work on getting comfortable with your new reality. No matter how bad or good the relationship was there will be moments when you feel alone or empty. Chilling on the gaming is huge. I completely quit gaming after my ex told me our marriage was over. I used to game all the time when I was with her and I haven't played at all since. I use all those hours for exercise and strengthening my relationships now. A few sets and a call to a family member is what is getting me through this.
