2	Women, what do you think of stuff like Nofap or NoNutNovember? 22 M here. I’ve been addicted before. It took awhile for me to realize. But lemme tell ya, going cold turkey did not work for me. It may have worked for others, but it only made me relapse even harder. Instead, I opted to space it out, and fap every other day as a start.
