Always assume attraction, and remember she is testing you, so by responding you're showing your interest back, she can see you're investing time into her... so she can feel as she doesn't have to work for your attention as she already has it/some of it.. which will make you less attractive in her eyes. Wait till a couple of hours before and text her with something simple like "see you at (place X) at (time Y)". If she is into you she will either show up. I've found the following works well even if you get no #close as you can quickly weed out flakes and fake interest. Try something like "Its fun chatting but I have to go do any valid activity you do, how can we keep in this conversation going?"
