You have to know right there that it's not fair then. Like even ignoring the silver bullet, whatever British law that guy is talking about, and the existence of an anti-male court bias, what you just listed by itself is pretty discriminatory against the man. We are still together. 22 years now. Some rough spots, especially early on, but it's never been better.

I knew very little about any of this. I knew of the existence of prenups due to movies, and knew that my wife would get half of our stuff plus child support an alimony, but that's about it. Plus, I had nothing when we were married. But, we also knew marriage was for life, so I wasn't that concerned about it (sorry!).
