Money or no, it's worth it to sue. It will follow her forever. Background checks and social media searches done prior to offering someone a job would bring up what she has done, and have an effect on whether or not she is offered a job. It will harm her life, just like she tried ruining his by making him face the potential of being locked up for 99 years.
