It's not hard to do what I said. You're being lazy and expecting women to give you something that you won't really be able to receive. Even if a woman says "i love you" would you even hear it? If you don't love yourself how would anything some woman says land on you? You probably will not even believe her or want to believe her. ...Or you'll hear it but it won't satisfy you anyway.

What's hard about it? Just anytime you hear thoughts that says "im not acceptable" or some other dumb thought just say the opposite. "Yes I am. Im acceptable" or even question it "who are you to tell me im not acceptable?" Do that over and over until those thoughts back off. What will be left is "high self esteem" or "self love"

I don't see how making a report based on an observable fact is risky. As long as you don't add extra interprrtstions or heresay. If a woman literally says "i hate men" in a meeting and there are witnesses that can be objectively seen as misandry by HR.

You won't escape it, that's true. Misandry does exist in real life too. But online is often worse. You will often see the worst side of any views and expression of views online. So if you want better mental health, yes it's a good idea to take more breaks from social media and news. These things are designed to encourage more expression of more extreme views and create division.

One of the biggest problems with secular humanism is who or what decides what is the right and wrong thing to do? People can just make anything up and attiribute it to humanism based on their own subjective standards. A serial killer could think killing is the most compassionate thing and call himself a humanist and he wouldn't be wrong.
