I remember a couple years back I attempted to do NNN. I did not experience ANY positive effects from it, e.g. more of a drive to meet women, confidence or whatever-the-fuck. My libido actually worsened and I became very emotional and depressive.

Maybe rethink this whole "choosing signals" thing. I can't count how many times I've thought some stranger was into me then for it to turn out the exact opposite when approaching. Not to be mean, but I am willing to bet that most if not all of those 20 women weren't really attracted to you. In reality the really might just be friendly or open to meeting new people at best.

I can definitely relate to what you are saying. I've always been the guy that "doesn't have it", with friendship but especially when it came to relationships with women. Since I was a child noone would really pay attention to me or be all that engaged with my efforts. I've never been popular, never been invited to outings/parties, never had a partner or a stable friend group. This has caused me a tremendous amount of mental pain and anguish, for which I had to attend therapy and even be institut…

Well they are not talking about MASTERING a skill, but getting results. If I played the guitar for a month, I might not be a master but I would be able to atleast play a single song or melody. That is a result - some form of success.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
