My experience with couples counseling was less than stellar. Individual therapy? That shit is life changing once you find a therapist (or 2) that you click with. It definitely made me confront some very deep repressed traumas and learn how to come to terms with it so that I could grow without them controlling my subconscious behaviours.

Definitely better women - both in terms of looks (including the things I think are sexiest), mentality, and honestly maturity. A whole lot to unpack & I'm in the same boat. Some of the best advice I found was this: What do you do now that you'd not want to explain to your 8 year old past self.
