Confidence comes from sources. It’s not coming from nothing. It comes from how you view yourself and it builds on success. Your idea of confidence coming from nothing is silly. It’s not something you will into existence, it’s something you grow from success and experience. He had more confidence because he was told that he was attractive. That was the jumping off point.

Any guys get out of LTR and paralyzed by dating? I was in a relationship for 9 years. Now I’m 30. Feel like I have no dating skills.
