I bottled it up most of my life because that's what I was taught. It was difficult to let it out because it not only hurt emotionally, but physically too. It was my body tensing up, the headache would start. It was bad for a while. Now, I cry when I need to cry. There is no shame in it. I am going through a divorce and this shit is hard. I cry about a lot of things, my fault, her fault. Either way, I know that it's leading me to a better me, and that's whats really important. Cry for the pain, c…

So glad I'm divorced. I cleaned everyday. You chip away at a task every single day. My ex-wife, not very helpful. Didn't like to clean the kitchen, didn't like to clean the bathroom, Didn't like picking up dog shit even though they were her dogs. I got fed up with her. When she would cook, she would tell me, " I cook, you clean". Such Bullshit! Anyway, so happy to be single again and have a very tidy place. I cook, I clean. I open it, I close it. I drop it, I pick it up. I made a mess, I clean i…

Not getting married again. I will date, but women are too messed up in this day and age to ever consider marriage again.

I'm actually looking forward to spending the holidays alone. I'll get to see my son, but I don't have to deal with the Christmas bullshit, her throwing a holiday party every year, all the decorating, which fell on me, no more fluffing the tree or putting up lights. Being a host to a bunch of narcissistic leaches, Fuck Christmas! I'll do what I want this year. Eventually, I have my own traditions, but so so relieved I don't have to deal with that bullshit anymore. I am so looking forward to not c…

Chest and neck tattoos on women. I don't know why, but it's such a turn off. I get they do it for themselves, but there is nothing more beautiful to me than a woman without Tattoos. Seems so many these days jump on this bandwagon, but maybe i'm just old, lol. I'll stick to the confident plain janes where natural beauty shines!

He needs time to heal and process the divorce and relationship. You will just be a rebound. He needs at least a year to work on himself. Just be supportive and wait it out if you are really interested.

That pussy isn't golden or any more special than any other pussy. Spend the time to work on yourself to find out what you really want in life and in a partner You are the most important person in a relationship. You have more value than you know. Women will change and expect you to read their minds. They lie about everything or better said, will never ever be completely honest. Good luck Jim!

I didn't feel there were political overtones. However, I won't say they are religious, but Christian's are present and so are the atheist/agnostics. You can believe what you want and no one forces you to believe in their ways. What is important is being present as a man, having goals for yourself and getting the support as you move forward in life. I wasn't raised around a lot of men. This has been helpful to me, but I will say I struggle with consumerism and always pushing to make more money as…

I was in the Mankind Project as well. I enjoyed my time there and it helped me realize my deeper issues and also connect with men, but couldn't deal with the rituals of meetings. I then joined the order of man. I spent about 18 months with them and plan to go back. I developed habits and routines that have positively impacted my life, not to mention the friendships and support I receive from men I consider brothers. Good luck to you. orderofman.com

I'm in Texas (Austin) and in the middle of it now. Surprisingly, everything is amicable. We are friendlier than we were married. No lawyers but maybe a mediator to help split the finances. She just bought a home and I will be moving in with her until our primary residence sells and I can get my share. Then, I will focus on finding a place. I just wanted her to be settled first so that I can have peace of mind. My son will live with her and I will get him for the weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun, take him…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
