Men's rights would become acceptable as soon as it become effectively neutered. When the earned anger and vitriol towards injustice and the lack of protection and awareness for male victims disappear into a pseudo branch of male feminism that essentially is a mirror of the proverbial "good guy" we immediately get accepted. I definitely understand this. My wife had friends like this and they would literally bully and demean each other under the guise of "girl talk and time" but I literally told her that they were mean as hell and friends shouldn't do that. She is no longer friends with those women. I have some female friends but my hobbies (gaming and martial arts) I tend to mostly hang with dudes. It's like a mean girls club. They flirt with ot gossip with the male coworkers and then trash and gossip about each other. If you don't entertain it then you are shunned in my experience. My supervisor now micromanages my every move since I've just been keeping to myself and trying to focus on work.

It's due to the stress. I'm heavily medicated to deal with stress and how it affects my bipolar 2. I'm basically a machine at this point... Wake up, go to work, crash on couch repeat. And I could escalate this to the associate provost but she hired my supervisor and they all are good friends

Yes. The majority of the students see us just to get registered for classes or for us to do a degree plan that literally lists what classes to register for for at least a year .. and they still come in to get registered. I remember getting my bachelor's doing my own degree audits and having assigned registration times so that I could selfi register. This is beyond absurd

That's what I thought I signed up for, but administration has us registering them for classes, dropping classes, filing appeals, switching degree programs constantly so they can get financial aid, making sure they keep their scholarships, caseload management (mine is 600+) and now we will be reviewing resumes and making sure they get career readiness:/

It's female led from top to bottom and they're all associates. I think the number of men in building outside of security is maybe 10 :/. I've gotten back into therapy and I'm job searching but I just wanted to vent how biased higher ed and student affairs are. It's an ugly shameful game.

I work in a female dominated workspace as an academic advisor in a local college in Florida. My female supervisor flirts with the other male in the office and has made remarks about my appearance. I don't flirt with her unlike my other coworker who does and she constantly criticizes me and tries to put me in my place.
