Not really. Going to the gym everyday (while being natural) is completely counterproductive. You literally do not make progress and open yourself up to all manners of injury. Also, burnout - by far the most people who eventually just get sick of the gym and take an abrupt break never to return to their peaks are those who hit the gym everyday.
