If the order states they are not allowed to modify any account or insurance then yes this constitutes a violation. I would call your insurance to make sure they didn't move you to a new plan because that becomes a Grey area. My STBX did that to me with car insurance but since she just moved herself to a new policy it didn't count.

She is alleging physical and emotional abuse. She has postponed all court dates involving it. There is no evidence because it's never happened.

Sorry man, my STBX was the same way in not wanting to fix things. If your anywhere nere dayton and you go to court for anything it is a 3 month wait. Started my divorce back in June and Oct is my first day at court. I wish you luck man.

Update for you guys. I had my interview and answered all her questions, while trying not to just break down in tears. I admitted to what was true and owned what is wrong with me and the issues I have. I didn't try to hide anything. The following day she observed myself with my daughter while we played and after about 30 minutes she smiled and told me that she doesn't need to see anymore and let us go. She told us to go have a fun day together. I don't know if that's a good sign but I will take i…

I know our daughter is mine. She has my eyes and my personality there is no question about that. I get STD tested regularly for the past 2 years. I lost alot of trust in her when she left one night and was gone for awhile came back and was all happy and then slept on the couch.

The only reason I decided to marry her was I honestly at the time though it was a sign to be together after the massive dick I was and she came back. She was the first true relationship I had. I guess I was young and stupid. Well we are men, we are always doing something stupid.

I was the same though "We can work this out, we can change and get better." Ill tell you this take the first step and look into your options. I was to late and was served a Protection O…

I'm currently going through a divorce at the moment. The other parent accused me of a lot of things and was able to take our daughter away from me. I spent 2 months and hundreds of dollars talking with an attorney and going through family law. After learning that I wasn't giving up the other half finally let me see our daughter. I only get to see her 8 hours a week, but this prompted the judge to get family investigations involved. Its your child. I know all to well the pain of knowing when a pa…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
