Next her. "Things aren't working out. Peace." Don't over-analyze this. She isn't worth the stress or dilemma that you are currently going through. You don't owe anyone an explanation. You don't want to continue down this road. No excuses. No explanations. No apologies.

Don't prioritize time for anyone but yourself and your family. Make yourself your priority. But yes, start being friendly with the high SMV acquaintance. And you're welcome! Here to help.

Results take time. Do you have any acquaintances that are not in your current nerdy low SMV friend group? People you're civil and friendly with in class, but don't really hang out with? Start talking to them, and start sitting with them. This is a way to expand your current group of friends. Or if you have a cool or popular friend you're close with, start sitting with him or her. Then be friendly with the group. Easy way to go from 'friend of a friend' to a friend. Edit: This level and pervasive…

The thing about being a man is the need to make hard decisions, decisions that most people dread making. You have already noticed that your current group of friends are bringing you down. Otherwise, you would not have even mentioned it. You will be judged throughout your life by the company you keep. While it is easy to be the top dog in a low SMV circle, it hurts you in the long run. Strong men are forged in fire. You know you have to distance yourself from your current group. How you do that i…

Exactly. Be seen. If you don't spend enough time and effort to be noticed, then you won't be.

Definitely. Go out there and kill it, young man.

Talk to people bro. You don't need to get approval from all the members of the social group to be a part of it. Become friendly with a few people in the group, and you'll most likely be invited to their parties and get-togethers. But honestly, the best way to become popular is to be outstanding. Be great in class without seeming as an erudite nerd, be great in sports, workout and be fit, be passionate and good at extra-curriculars. Are you a part of any clubs or organizations?

Yeah, I would suggest you get back into it. Even after high school, you could pursue recreational soccer leagues or university teams if you decide to go to college. Plus its an easy way of keeping fit while having fun.

Playing sports almost always ensures that you'll be in a good, popular group of people. I was in varsity basketball, and I played well, which meant that I always hung out with other athletes. This puts you in a group of people who are fit, motivated, and popular. Do you have a sport you like?

High school is full of immature people, which means you already have a leg up on most of the other 'competition.' High school is all about social circles and cliques, which means you need to operate within the popular circles, or ensure that you are in a class of your own. You're already thinking like an adult, in that you're not wasting time with social media bullshit. Whether or not an action is beta depends almost entirely on your motivation for said action. Why did you delete your social med…

Being rich almost automatically puts you in the BB category. Your other traits and characteristics will determine if you stay in the BB or you become an AF with money

No, I still put 2 or 3 alarms to ensure that I don't oversleep, but usually, after I'm awake, I get out of bed immediately and starting moving around. I usually start the coffee right before I take a shower, so I have a cup ready when I'm done. *Quick edit: I also open up the curtains and blinds and let some sunlight in. That, the shower, and the coffee is all I need to ensure that I'm completely awake.

First off, your English is fine. Secondly, fuck all the people who talk shit about your major or your degree. If you're passionate about it and love it, pursue it to your heart's content. Math gets a bad reputation, but it is an extremely important field. You're dealing with it well enough. Whenever you get a negative response, laugh it off. Most people feel threatened by someone who is better than them at a specific subject. They don't understand how someone could be so good at something that t…

Bro, ditch these guys. Focus on you. Be the kind of person that people want to hang around with. That means doing well in school or work, working out, developing your talents and pursuing your hobbies, and being an overall fun and exciting person to be around. If these group of guys really wanted to hang out with you, they would have invited you or hung out with you.

It really depends on when you go to sleep. Also, do you feel tired when you wake up? More groggy or tired than when you went to sleep? Try to get between 6 to 9 hours of sleep a day. Also, sleep in multiples of 90 minutes. 90 minutes is the usual amount of time required for a full sleep cycle. Waking up in the middle of the cycle leaves you with that tired and groggy feeling. So try to get 6 hours, 7h 30 min, 9 hours. One thing that helped me develop an early waking habit was jumping into the sh…

Stop with the self-doubting bullshit dude. Every fucking day, mofos come on here trying to wallow in their self-pity and boo hoo, you might not be traditionally attractive. Fucking suck it up buttercup, grow a damn spine, lift, work out, and go out there and approach. Expend effort. You might be ugly, you might be handsome, but it all comes down to frame.

The kiss at the end was unnecessary. Especially "I think you forgot something" was completely unneeded. You 'punished' her by going home, but then you 'rewarded' her by kissing her. Should have just gone home.

Next. Her. If she's shit testing you with "Well, that's enough reason to stop talking to you," you going radio silent means that she just failed her own shit test.

No point in knocking her ex. That isn't any of your business. Worry about yourself and your relationships. Telling the girl you'd beat the 'classic chad frat boyfriend' shows that you are still much too invested. Leave the shit talk and false bravado for the betas. Expand your group of girls. There isn't any point in continuing to play in the same kiddie pool after a few laps. Explore the olympic size swimming pool, fuck it, explore the ocean. Should have stopped after she recoiled from the firs…

Agreed. We must walk a higher path. Trust in yourself, understand the source of your actions, and don't sweat the bullshit.

Nah. I'm a generally courteous person, so I wouldn't mind holding something or opening a door or keep their place in line, if it was a sensible request, regardless of gender.

It depends on your perspective. Do you feel that you would have done the same thing for a guy? If you'd do the same for anyone, being a generally courteous person, then I wouldn't sweat it. Common kindness, good-naturedness, and humanity should still be maintained.

Beta men, yes. Alpha men, depends. Do you think that you're a variation of the same nut?

People are always threatened by things they don't understand or things that they do not want to understand. When people are threatened, they hate. Furthermore, millions of women around the world, as well as a large part of the economy, is dependent on men being beta as fuck. When their entire system is threatened, it is only natural for them to demonize the RedPill. Think of it this way. If you were successfully running a scam, making countless amounts of money, how would you react to a rogue co…

They're still women, despite whatever political ideology they support. There are no unicorns. All women are just variations of each other.
