4	How much demand is there for a German version of the Redpill eBook? While I'm not german myself (or speak Deutsch) there's probably no need to do that. It's really easy, actually: if you don't enrich yourself by learning english to enjoy the huge amount of content the english language provides for you (whatever that is: books, content on the Internet etc), you won't be stumbling on TRP. 2	I have social anxiety. I enter fight/flight/freeze in any social encounter, especially if it involves somebody I do not like. How do I cope with this? Please do NOT follow this advice. 1	Coding like a girl In my country there isn't a minimum quota of female employees in a company (and even if it was, that's what the HR team is for). The law states that everybody has equal chances, bla bla, asking for a pregnancy test is illegal (yes, that is actually written in the law), but given that fact, it's easy to filter people even based on dislikes. 4	Coding like a girl Good point! Code review was being handled by a develeoper's teammates. As you could easily figure it out, the main orbiter was her team leader. He will also do code review for her and he would perosnally fix any bugs. He wouldn't held her accountable because she "was new there" (~1 year after she was hired). All but one of them were average (as in somewhere between junior and senior) but they could handle the tasks thrown at them, so no comment here - they could do pretty much the same job as a male developer with similar knowledge. 1	TRP in other languages What I would do if I were you is the following: find if No More Mr. Nice Guy (Robert Glover) was published in your mother tongue (I saw it edited in multiple languages on Amazon, for example russian or spanish) and buy it for your friend meanwhile he reads NMMNG, push him to take some english classes, knowing english nowadays is crucial. 3	The stop-being-boring shortcut. Go to India. Romanian born and raised here. Please don't get the feeling that you'll get a lot of "bang for your buck" in Romania, cause you won't.
