2	One of my female coworkers is constantly ratting on every men to my boss and he believes her... wtf???? Like others have said brother, just get out as soon as you can. 1	Energy boosters that actually work I wouldn’t do it again unless absolutely needed. And wouldn’t recommend it. The only negative impact that I experienced is everything becoming numb. Happiness, sadness, fatigue, enthusiasm, everything becomes less sensitive (more numb). I’m sure it will not go well with building muscle. It’s like you run 1 mile everyday, and then suddenly you gotta run a marathon to save your life. You get through it (I was studying+working) but it’s not fun. 1	Energy boosters that actually work I was sleeping for 1-2 hours for 9 months and this was when I was in my early 20s. I never had the time to oversleep, never passed out due to exhaustion. Would go 48 hours a few times without any sleep. Iron clad determination. When you have your mind set, nothing can move you. Nothing. I was able to get away with 1-2 hours of sleep for a few months of study because I knew that effort will ensure I’d be able to sleep 8 hours for the rest of my life. Cold showers = stimulation. Hot showers = relaxation Also, no energy drink will work for daily use. Your body gets used to it (we all know this from drinking coffee everyday, same theory applies).
