-5	Privilege The original “data” wasn’t even good. He picked names that are stereotypical for PoC for the man and anglo christian for the woman. Now race is a factor and we know that influences job interviews. Then he didn’t even post the actual data, we just have to take his word for it. Nor released what names he used. if he picked a stereotypically PoC name vs an anglo christian name, that will skew any data super heavily to the point of being worthless.
