1	Addictive Music Playing music has most of the benefits. That's active. A lot of music can stimulate the mind in really great ways, but it's obvious that most of the electronic crap coming out today is just making people more stupid.	/r/TheRedPill	16/03/17 08:34 PM
-1	Addictive Music Both music and fapping are easy and they both work on the pleasure centers in the mind. A single fap might do more damage and be a more degenerate habit, but they both tend to be the products of aimless living, or "being idle". The idea is to be more conscious when listening to music. I mentioned classical music because it truly is a lot less stimulating than anything that came out after Rock & Roll.
