| -1 | Addictive MusicBoth music and fapping are easy and they both work on the pleasure centers in the mind. A single fap might do more damage and be a more degenerate habit, but they both tend to be the products of aimless living, or "being idle". The idea is to be more conscious when listening to music. I mentioned classical music because it truly is a lot less stimulating than anything that came out after Rock & Roll.
