It’s complicated and not universally true - but generally speaking accurate over a large enough sample. Let’s do a thought experiment for a second: 2 people, 1 male and 1 female, decided to go out to a music festival alone. What do you think the experiences of those 2 people will be? Will every group try to invite the lone female into their group? No. Not even close. But do you think the lone female will find it easier to join a group of strangers than a lone male? Do you think the female will b…

Looking at the population pyramid, it makes total sense. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_the_United_States Could it be that incel-dom is the natural result of the post-WW2 Pax American keeping too many men alive to see their 20s?

I disagree. I think people have a moral obligation to smoke. It is one of the few substances proven to make you both smarter and more productive. This is important in the short term for things like scientific research, art, music, technology, entrepreneurship, education, etc. The flip side, and commonly referenced “down side”, is a reduced life span. Seen differently however it keeps people from becoming a hindrance to society. You know why Congress and governmental leadership have all gotten so…

I certainly don’t think you need to yell it from the roof tops, but I don’t think those close connections are fulfilling that role. Importantly, I think the culture zeitgeist limits the impact those individuals might have. People would naturally accuse them of being part of the patriarchy or hating women. Like I said, tact is important and I don’t think you should be overly aggressive with it. It’s a motte and bailey argument here. I am not saying it needs to even be common. But the occurrence s…

Isn’t “lifting others up” also kind of a way to assert power though? I am a dumb boy, but watching Mean Girls confirmed my suspicions about women using compliments as a way to degrade or humiliate others. I get the ethos behind the attempt. Isn’t denying those obvious truths and not holding each other accountable just another form of oppression? You are just feeding into someone’s vice. Be it promiscuity, food addiction, naivety or otherwise. No woman deserves to be assaulted. But can we at leas…

I think everyone is framing it the wrong way. Outside the whole cheating thing, raising someone else’s baby, blah blah. All that’s pointless. What’s the point of a birth certificate listing mother and father if it’s self attribution? There should be a DNA test confirming both individuals are a genetic match. Otherwise it’s a completely pointless field on the document. Babies get mixed up after delivery. Crazy women steal children. People lie for a myriad of reasons. Kids have been raised by gran…

I want to build off this. A large part of the narrative being discussed here (ie alpha’s get to do nasty things to sluts) is pure fabrication. Young men wants to maintain an aura to their friends and so they make up stories to tell. This progresses and persists to adulthood and through out life. The guy telling he met this smoking hot ten at the bar and took her home for some nasty action probably struck out and went home to a lonely fap. The ones who are getting the most, are like you mention, …

I think to extend this analogy though, there is a significant difference between a 1997 Toyota with 250k miles and duct tape and a 2021 BMW 3-Series with 43k miles on it. I know plenty of people who would be thrilled to drive the latter. I think it’s fair to say I wouldn’t date a former or current heroin addict anymore than I would a sex addict. But having done triple your recommended dose of oxys after getting your wisdom teeth pulled isn’t a deal break either.

I’ve never once in my life heard a man actually say they “want virgins”. I’ve seen it depicted in movies with some weird af villain trying to buy one. I’ve heard women talk about the Madonna/Whore complex. Never in my life have I been hanging out with my dudes though, and had a guy be like “I bet she’s so chaste”. Like think about how that would even come up. It’s weird. No one wants to watch baseball players that have never taken a swing before. We don’t dream of scoring the game winning goal i…

I think this is the low key crisis no one is talking about. The ubiquitous access to porn, especially among those just learning about their sexuality, is bound to have consequences. My first experiences with porn started with Brooke Burke and and Wild On. Relatively tame compared to today’s average tube site’s top list. There’s only so many variations on a theme of putting a thing into a thing a person can create, and yet, I find myself continually surprised at the ever more inventive ways they …

I want to amplify this. When he said grotesque I was confused, when he said spitting and choking, I laughed. Little throat grip never hurt anyone. Spitting ain’t my thing, but I see no issues with it. Both of those things are less extra than ass eating if you ask me. And even that seems well accepted in today’s culture.

I’m in my mid-30s and I’m about to hit the DiCaprio limit with my wife. It’s honestly been a really hard time because I kind of struggle with the same questions you pose here. Could I get a 19 year old to sleep with me? Marry me? Do I even want to? Coming to terms with that has honestly been a challenge. Like you throw it out there all theoretically, but it’s a real fear. You expect me to have sex with someone in their late 20s? Their 30s? I don’t know how I feel about that. I’ve never slept wit…

I am not going to answer each specific number here, but instead answer more generally. I like sex. I enjoy sex, obviously, but I like sex too. Outside of the feeling of sex, I find it interesting to watch and participate in. I have always valued partners that felt similarly. If you think sex consists of missionary in the dark then you and I would probably not be compatible. When I think about sex, I am thinking about the entire spectrum of human sexuality. There are parts that don’t really do it…

Haha. I presume you are referring to the “women aren’t people” post? I was waiting for someone to eventually call me out on that. It was satire during a PPD purge week. All in good fun. We can make mental models and logical arguments all we want, but if they fail to reflect reality then they are flawed. Take Zeno’s Paradox. If I want to run to point B from point A, I have to eventually reach the halfway point - A’. But now to go from A’ to B, I will need to reach the next halfway point, A’’. Thi…

I think meta-critical reflection is an important part of growth. Crawl, Walk, Run. On some level, referring to things as low or high value is indicative of still being in that learning phase. Which, you are right, is intrinsically low value. But the benefit gained by being conscious of those traits in others and how to actively portray them in your self eventually outweighs the temporary loss. Awkward growth stages are tautological to success. Long term you should internalize those values and mo…

This is a well documented geographic phenomenon. 1 Basically, the theory goes: closer to the equator means shorter Winters, more food, and less need to think long term. You can be lazy and hedonistic and still survive. Places closer to the poles, requires one to prepare all summer for a harsh winter. If you are lazy, you won’t survive. I think to argue that Italy or Spain are less hedonistic than Germany or Russia would be nonsense to anyone that has visited those places. Some why wouldn’t we ex…

Ya, this above anything else. I am way better now than I was in my late teens/early twenties. Once you’ve been to enough clubs and theaters and bars you kind of realize it’s always the same. Females bring drama and truth be told, pussy don’t really feel all that different. What’s the marginal benefit to my life on that 10/10 22 y/o versus staying home and watching Everest? My favorite example is drowning. Every year 4000 Americans die due to drowning and the majority are Black Males. Black Males are 5.5x more likely to die by drowning than their white peers. And yet, no one is calling life guards racist. There are no cries to defund community pools. That would be absurd. Black drowning mortality IS caused by America’s history of racism. There was a time when black Americans were not allowed in pools. But that restriction has been lifted. It persists for a differen…

When you get married, you stop being individuals and become a union. When you dissolve the union, each party is entitled to a portion of the whole. You claim that because you earned 90% of the financial assets, you should keep the lions share. But your choice of partner was not random. You could have picked a partner that would have provided an equal portion to the union. But you did not. You selected this person and continued to provide to the union even when she did not provide in the same man…

Ya, imagine if 1 out of 50 women were going to get you sent to prison for 18 years. That’d be way fucked. Ohh it’s only 1 out of 50. And that 1-2% number is pure bullshit. Even 5% is ridiculous. DNA testing should be mandatory. When a father goes to claim parenthood, we should be like, ok give me some hair. Bing bang machine spits out results, looks like you are the father. IDK why this isn’t just a thing. You shouldn’t claim fatherhood, you should prove it.

Bro, testosterone isn’t some kind of alpha juice. And if it were, the differences between male at 20 and male at 30,40,50 even, isn’t enough to make a difference. Gram-a-week of Testosterone puts you about 10 fold above “normal”. I know cats taking a gram of Test, gram of Tren, gram of Mast, orals, everything. For reference, a gram of Trenbolone would place the level of Androgens in your body at 50-100x base line. And they can still be a little beta bitch. Anyone who has taken exogenous Testoste…

If there are 100 violent criminals and 100 police officers, and you take away 80 of those criminals, but only 73 police you are left with 20 criminals for 27 police officers. That’s 1.35 police officers per violent criminal versus our initial 1.0 or 1 to 1 ratio. If we removed all the women, there would be a ratio of 0.93 police officers per violent criminal. You can think of it like student:teacher ratios. Would you rather have 1.35 teachers to help kids or 0.93. In the first example you have a…

Per Wikipedia, 80.4% of violent crimes in the United States are committed by Men. Most female criminality is property crime. By comparison, 73.3% of Law Enforcement is male. I guess technically, that delta of -7.1% means that women are actually protecting you. If you simply removed the men, you’d have more resources to put after fewer criminals. You don’t get to claim you are protecting someone from the problem you are very clearly creating. Absolutely absurd that 48.9% of the population creates…

If you give up your seat on the life boat to save a woman and child, you deserve thanks. You do not deserve thanks for this obscure notion of men saving women. A brand new Army enlistee, with 4-degree, stationed at Eglin AFB in Florida, would earn the equivalent of 46k/yr. Still top 40 without a degree. So... maybe look into that. Go do this. You’ll be making >100k/yr when you get out in 4 years with top secret clearance. https://m.goarmy.com/careers-and-jobs/browse-career-and-job-categories/computers-and-technology/cyber-operations-specialist.m.html You’d be making around 60k/yr for most of your contract.

Full-time job at $20 an hour. Depends on the area I guess. Not exactly crazy in California, if you expect the individual to have a college degree and a few years work experience. Her age range was 25-30, not 18-22. I can see places like Michigan or Louisiana being different though.

Fundamentally they need to expand their social circle. The casual scene isn’t going to work. Simple pick-up isn’t going to work. You have to diversify your interests and become friends with females. Not to bang them. But to meet lots of girls before you find one who you connect with. Like I don’t know, maybe stop watching anime and playing vidya. Maybe grow up?

This has nothing to do with mate selection and everything to do with need. The question is not do women find strong men attractive. I think they are restricted equally, but also, in fact oppositely. Male sexuality is subdued while females are expected to be on display constantly. Men are expected to fuck a gaggle of hoes and shamed for virginity, while women are expected to restrain themselves and shamed for being too promiscuous. A prude is a violation of the first mandate while a slut the second. A creep violates the first while a virgin the second. Unless you are in the top percentile of society you are equally constraine…

This is something we deal with in the Army as well. Male soldiers, which comprises the majority of soldiers, are very uncomfortable performing CPR, CLS or even basic physical exams (to check for broken bones, etc) on females. I told my stay at home, college educated, gained 20lbs wife that if she didn’t want to work she had better lose that weight. She didn’t like this. Honestly, at least with the mail-order bride we would be on the same page.

I do tend to watch what people do or find the subtext in what they are saying. That doesn’t mean I don’t take what they are saying as a sort of first pass though. You gotta let a situation evolve over time. Don’t get too emotionally invested in any specific future outcome. Just be earnest and honest and let the future come as it might. Control what you can and let the rest fall where it may.

To an extent, but at least for my frat, if you didn’t know how to put on the charm and pull you probably got pushed aside pretty quick. The popular kids are popular because they know how to make people like them. Once you’ve acquired that social capital, you can absolutely spend it on being a douche from time to time. But you gotta build it first.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/18 08:59 PM

Bro, why you hating frat boys? Athletes? Live your truest life. Instead of feeling all this pent up anger and rage that you try to externalize and justify, just dive in and play the game. Seriously. I love sluts.

It is and it isn’t. I am not red pill by any means, but I think it’s fairly undeniable to state that a females SMV doesn’t decline with age on average. Like that’s a big part of it too, on average, but I would argue the entire feminist movement is sort of arguing against this phenomenon. Let’s consider the things that play into SMV, it’s things like appearance, income, job status. The wage gap is none existent at 16-25. It only appears really down the road, when women have been forced to choose …

Honestly, as I have gotten older, my ability to tolerate women has simply decreased. My current marriage is falling apart due to the fact that we are simply different people, we want different things and have different goals. But, I can’t actually tell you I’ve ever found a woman who wouldn’t agree with my wife. As a result, if I ever got married again, I am almost positive it’s going to be to a short, effeminate Asian man.

No, what I am saying by the heuristic women judge themselves, men are objectively gross. Statistically speaking, if you are in college, you probably know a female with an eating disorder. How’s your dieting going? How many calories today? Do you moisturize? Shape your brows? Can I even trust that you wore freshly laundered clothes today? I had originally typed “clean” but then I realize those words mean very different things to different people. Imagine you are raised and told you have to do the…

The fundamental problem is the same one you seem to possess here. We love to view our fellow people as others, always searching for ways to divide ourselves from them. Even the idea that men and women are somehow opposites underlies the real issue here. Woman and Men are closer than they are not. Once you stop trying to understand their behavior under the lens of another, and begin to view them as merely another transformation of yourself, can you start to really see the commonality between thei…

I don’t really care for sex all that much. It’s fun, don’t get me wrong, but what really does it for me is making someone else feel loved. I think a lot of guys would agree. I get the weirdest boners like nurturing and caring for someone. Like wrapping someone up in blankets, carrying them up stairs and tucking them into bed with a kiss on the forehead after they drank too much wine and couldn’t stay awake while we were watching Grey’s Anatomy type shit.

So generally bad stuff. And this isn’t just for men either. A significant gender disparity leads to lasting societal problems irregardless of which way the disparity leans. Too many women, not enough men, encourages males to act like complete shots - violence, alcoholism, abuse. Too man men, not enough women, encourages males to overcompensate and generally do the same things. The problem is you are negotiating with a collective of maniacs. The moment males can’t get what they want, or don’t hav…

This wasn’t was man versus woman thing. There are plenty of Republican women that support him. It was Democrats. They picked a vector that used popular feminist tactics of the day, but it wasn’t even a majority of women opposing him. It’s like 40% women against, 30% women for, 30% women don’t care. There is a very vocal minority of Americans who hate this guy. And it’s much more apt to call them Democrats than Women. This whole issue is pretty split down party lines.

I’ve known a lot of people like him, sports, frat, beer, etc. and my lived experience makes me think he will most definitely make it his life’s mission to make Democrats regret this. New Years Eve, 2011, I was standing in Victoria Park in downtown London watching the fireworks. Okay, no, it’s really just a thing you see in people who are new to sex. Ya, it’s a pretty garbage idea. Like on the surface it aims to abuse a power dynamic, which itself should be a huge red flag, but gets worse when you look even slightly deeper. Remember, a good conversation is a dialog, and that takes two equal partners. You would be better suited aiming to be normal. Doing normal things. Then you can meet people, and talk to them, and they can even talk back to you. You know, because you share similar values, goals and experiences. Your idea is bad and you shou…

The same has been said about gays. Are they somehow less worthy of love and self-respect? If I am okay with the actions of two consenting adults in the privacy of their own home, surely I can be okay with one?

That’s fine. I view women who forgo sex with real men in favor of toys as pathetic and won’t miss or be bothered by these women voluntarily removing themselves from human mating and procreation, either. Huh. Okay, but women all have roughly the amount of sex regardless of attractiveness. When I am sitting at home in my boxers, of course I am going to swing for the fences. Low cost, high reward. But when it’s 2am at the bar, you better believe someone is still going home with the fat girl. I want a ten. I’d settle for a six. But I’ve definitely slept with twos.

It’s relatively simple problem, tbh. 1) Lack of socialization. Sometime around puberty co-gendered groups begin to form. Males learn to interact with females and vice-versa. Hopefully by the time you are in your 20s, your groups are a solid mix of each. If you find the majority of your friends are of any specific gender, chances are you didn’t excel at this stage. You never learned what you needed to. This is true for incels, as well as “quirky” gamer girls who seem to just have male friends bec…
