a directory is the same thing as a folder. It is what you store your files in. You can just make one on your desktop or whatever.

A whole bunch of spiritual experiences & openings. It also brought out my trauma and a great amount of emotional pain that wasn't really attached to anything. In my last year of college I dealt with a feeling of unbearable disgust every single day. What you get out of it will largely depend on how you practice. There are a hundred techniques under the umbrella of "meditation".

Growing up I had literally no examples of it turning out well. Everyone has trauma and parents that hate eachother and abuse their kids. I'm starting to wonder if it is a product of my degenerate, iconoclastic culture rather than the norm. I suggest questioning your motives. Do you see it as another surrogate activity or do you have a moral urge in you to do it well

What does it mean when literally all your dreams are stressful and awful. I'm always arguing with someone or struggling to do something and getting frustrated. Last night someone was trying to rape me and I ended up shooting my uncle in the face accidentally. It has been like this for years and years literally every night.
