So no it is not that "hierarchies such as patriarchy are the result of heterosexual mating preferences", true historical patriarchy is actually the nullification of sexual (female) mating preferences

In truly patriarchal societies women have literally no say in who they marry, it is mostly their family, and within the family her father, who decides, with or without any input from female family members... The term "patriarchy" has become a dog whistle

And as a bonus, the soul-crushing ennui of a golden cage...

"If women rewarded men for doing 'the right thing" Quite the opposite actually, especially during their 20s (most fertile)

Becoming a high-voltage electrician or sewer diver (real job) shows initiative, dedication, isnt something most people can do, and literally saves lives, yet women are not flocking to these men, in spite of excellent salaries... It's about the fashionable social status and connection of a surgeon that's all

Interestingly enough a cheating wife still can get your assets or am I wrong?

Neurotypicals are not better at reading cues, they are just more likely to be miffed at the same things as the room, that's all there is... Also being privileged makes blunders much less consequential, so you just do you as a privileged neurotypical and it works, but not because you adapt to the room, and are good at adapting, it's because you are part of the room

There is no such thing as "picking up on social ques", neurotypical people are just similar to most others, and going off of their own gut instict works most of the time because average... They are not better at "reading the room" than high-functioning autists, and often much worse, but may also have social privilege so the same behavior that would get someone ostracized gets tolerated

Neurotypical people are not attuned to social subtleties though, they are just average, and going off of their own gut instinct just happens to work most of the time because they happen to be similar to most others...

Actually there is a gigantic "man tax" over a lifteime, the equivalent of a detached house paid more by a statistically average man compared to a statistically average women (page 21, figure 16): https://ir.wgtn.ac.nz/server/api/core/bitstreams/2d463b33-22ed-4c6a-b3df-6eab91183eb2/content

Yes, but how come that mom can unilaterally decide to have an abortion even if the father wants the child?

Net of benefits, and over the whole lifetime, men as a group are net taxpayers, and women net recipients (figure 16 page 21):https://ir.wgtn.ac.nz/server/api/core/bitstreams/2d463b33-22ed-4c6a-b3df-6eab91183eb2/content

Well kinda, but net of benefits, and over the whole lifetime, men as a group are net taxpayers, and women net recipients (figure 16 page 21):https://ir.wgtn.ac.nz/server/api/core/bitstreams/2d463b33-22ed-4c6a-b3df-6eab91183eb2/content

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
