Do you Wonder if She Thinks of You?My xwife and I have been divorced 4 years. I have not seen or heard from her that entire time. I found out she broke herself trying to break me (I am not proud of myself, but I giggled when I heard it). A large part of me giggles at the news still. The larger part is just so sad about everything. It did not need to end this way. She is a good person but not towards me. She listened to the wrong people. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/12/23 08:06 PM
Divorcing Wife Vocabulary"I don't hate you, I care about you." Translate - Care about you? I don't even respect or like you | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/07/23 02:07 PM
My xwife is in a lot painThank you for understanding my position. All I am doing is offering an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on. I have no intention of getting back with, she hurt me to badly, but I still care for her, and I will as much as I can. I once saw a relationship speaker and the only thing I remember is "I care but not that much" I try and live by this. It helps me remember my boundaries. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/06/23 05:41 PM
My xwife is in a lot painWow, the response has been great. Thank you so much everyone, I have read every comment and agree with all of you. For some of you, even the harsh criticism you had helped me. First, there was no cheating by either person. Second, I have NO plans to get back together, she is to damaged and fragile. Third, I put up with the dead bedroom for the usual reasons. I loved her, I thought we could work through it, she was an incredible person in every other respect. etc Forth, I do have a hard timeseein… | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/06/23 01:31 PM

Best booksIt has been 4 years since DDay. I thought that these 2 books were awesome. The sudtle art of not giving a fuck - Mark Manson Quieting the noise in my head. - ??? Not giving a fuck is a book focusing on boundaries and values that direct you in life, Awesome book, easy to read and there a few face in palm moments. The noise in my head is a fantastic book. It is able boundaries and communicating these to her. I highly recommend these books. Both helped me deal with what just happened to me. Also, t… | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/06/23 02:25 PM
Has anyone’s wife come back?Thank you, exactly. It was never about the money, it was/is about the disrespect I experienced. I did not deserve it. Oh, well it changes nothing, and I am still lonely. I want someone in my life, that loves me, likes me, respects me. Is that asking for too much? | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/06/23 01:26 PM
Do you know any one 65 yrs old , going through a divorce, and an heated one at that. This supposed to be my golden years instead, I’m losing weight stressed out . Living at my job, do you wanna hear his crazy? I love my wife, but I don’t know the devil in her because that’s not her. Iost at 6561-year-old male here. Divorced 4 years married for 27 years. I miss her every day, even though she abused me and stole from me. She is a good person that made bad decisions. I can never take her back if she wanted to because of the scorched earth approach she took. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/06/23 04:02 PM
Has anyone’s wife come back? Why do people act this way. I pulled my weight and helped her with her issues. I paid for everything for more than 25 years. I also asked her to help financially near the end. So, I "gave" her $100,000 to start a high-end food shop. Four years later the shop makes $1,000,000 gross and I am divorced. And she is the victim! I was not perfect by a long shot. But the last 2 years she repeatedly humiliated me (the man she loved) and fucked with my head. I did not deserve to be treated that way, espec… | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/06/23 01:35 PM

No warning at all!Amen brother! 27 years and she left because quote "I stopped listening to her". I also was the one driving the romance. I have dozens and dozens of cards, letters, etc asking for forgiveness for either working, forgetting, to busy, and promising that she will do better next year and that I am the most fantastic husband and how lucky she was. I waited for years for her to keep her promise. I never received her promise. Also, after the divorce I realized that it was me that did all planning of val… | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/06/23 03:10 PM
Has anyone’s wife come back?Spot on! After three years, I can now smile at certain memories. I DO NOT want her back and I struggle with my two sides. Half of me wants a beer, the other half wants two beers. I had to insert the quote because it makes me laugh. Seriously, I think I want her to fail and come crawling back, but other side wants to wish her well and happy life. I want to wish her well, truly, but she hurt me. I do not deserve what she did to me, after a 27-year message, I helped her and her family to the tune o… | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/06/23 04:13 PM
