Eh, you lost me halfway. My mom who's highly intelligent is somewhat paranoid like you described but she would never go insane or divorce my dad because of it.

I wish dating didn't have to be a game, much like politics.

Yep I'm not saying it's a good subreddit but there are reasonable and well constructed posts.

Or they tell you to stop making it about yourself and look at things from their perspective even though they themselves are probably some of the least self aware people in the world.

Subreddits against hate has found a few over the years but even then, it was mostly just anti - feminism or addressing false accusations.

Unrelated, but isn't this also why there's a "wage gap." When I tried to find work in the summer, I took blue-collar jobs like moving because they were constantly trying to recruit new people by paying more to meet the low supply and high demand. Nobody wanted to brave 90-degree weather while breaking their back in the process. Yet in 3 years, I have only seen one female mover, who was a professional powerlifter, a very strong young women who came from Germany. The stigma that men are, at least …

The only people who allegedly made the claims were the ones who beat him up. I am honestly surprised they didn't say he used the n - word.

Unpopular opinion but at least they were honest. I would rather have a straightforward instead of doing an hour-long interview and told, "they'll call me back a week later" and never do.

I don't want to go any further on the shooting sprees that do happen though, or reddit will probably ban me for hate speech.

It was a small tourist store and bumping into each other could have been a coincidence. She said he was staring at him, but she was too afraid to make eye connect. How can we even be sure he was looking at her and not an an item? She assumes the shopper can't be a security guard because he is lanky and had a beard. Disregarding that not everyone in foreign countries fits the American patrol officer stereotype - super tall and buff. If he was. Maybe he suspected she was shoplifting since she had …

I disagree, if she wanted to talk about a specific bad experience, she is free to do so, but ranting how men are the problem and ruined her or other women's life comes off as hateful. Extremely vague concepts like privilege and sexism, when presented, should be covered in detail, not dismissed because "men will never know what is like." Comparing personal experiences, I have met men who were abused and mistreated by female employers.

Just put not all men in the search bar and you will get your results. These are the most upvoted posts of all time too, and the way it's constructed is extremely passive agressive: https://www.reddit.com/r/TwoXChromosomes/comments/kyk0f4/not_all_men/

I can't prove every story is fake but there are a lot of scenarios that don't add up, appear to have been widely exaggerated, and without context - just bold assumptions out of the blue like this one: https://www.reddit.com/r/TwoXChromosomes/comments/v03am2/i_got_followed_by_a_guy_in_the_store_today/

Flip the genders and TwoXChromosomes does the same thing except it's every other post. You have seen one rant out of what, 10 posts? Also, assuming that only women are radical feminists is not a good look. You are just proving that the movement is nothing more than a sham that doesn't want equality or thinks equality can only be achieved by belittling men.

I fully agree and admit I am surprised you aren't going to try to convince me otherwise. Another person I talked to tried to defend the mom and said in light of stress and overwork, she should be pardoned.

Then we can agree we at least know why women do it because we invested time and money to understand the phenomenon. Do we know why males suicide at significantly higher rates and why nobody is alarmed or investigating? Any evidence right now is anecdotal at best.

Yet women who suffer postpartum depression and kill their babies are given recognition and leniency compared to men by pleading insanity. Why are women's mental issues in this case, taken much more seriously then? Source http://jaapl.org/content/40/3/318

There's no excuse to what he did, but if you thought that was the only reason he went on a murderous rampage, I disagree. In his coworkers words( he worked with him at wendys ), he had mental problems, emotional problems, personal problems, every type of problem. Instead of treating it like a male problem, wouldn't we make more progress by treating it as a psychological one.

Nope, to answer your last comment, you probably think we're a hivemind but even I don't agree with everyone who comments here. The issues that concern me the most have nothing to do with women but rather the movement that villainizes white men and brushes away our problems. Pretty soon, saying men are going through very difficult struggles and these struggles need to be addressed will be enough to label you an incel.

Hilary has always supported whatever views were popular at that time. When LGBT was gaining traction, she said she had always been a LGBT advocate. When women's suffrage was, she supported women's rights even though she defended her husband's sexual misconduct. If she did better and got elected, yes, she would have. It's not as simple as a yes or no.

Nope, but what makes you think they were opposed it. Hilary Clinton, who many women voted for, supported the Iraq War. Edit: Another fun fact I learned from this subreddit, is that female monarchs were 27% more likely to start wars.

If Hilary didn't completely ruin her campaign by saying women "have always been the primary victims of war" she likely would have won presidency and done so.

Many women didn't get to see actual combat but there were still war related casualties in the hundreds. Yes, one man started the war but how other men and women supported him and put him on a pedestal?

Have you seen TwoXChromosomes then? Fake stories make up half the top posts and the other half is pure man hate hypocrisy - i.e men should be sensitive about women's issue and feelings but whenever a guy has problems they want to talk about, they should look elsewhere and find a therapist.

OP doesn't speak for all of us. Yes, this subreddit does get off topic sometimes and starts blaming women for our problems, but it's still tame compared to how radical feminists refer to us as future rapists.

I'm a dude, but I will have to disagree with your views. Everyone should be kind and respectful, that's not a qualification for being a good dad, it's the bare minimum to be a decent person. A real father takes responsibility and: - Put food on the table and a roof over their kid's heads - Asks their kids how they are doing each day - Disciplines them when they get in trouble or misbehave - Sets aside time to do activities together - Give kids chores and an allowance - More... but you get the id…

And in real life, men are shamed for being short, having a short penis, and for all their worth, seen as disposable wallets by some women.

That's the way the world works unfortunately. I am a professional mover, and 99% people I met were kind and very considerate people who were reasonable above all (unlike the 1% who lie about less inventory while complaining I was going too slow). You'd think there would be a correlation, but no. Shitty people exist no matter what gender, ethnicity, or income group they were in. When I think about the negative experiences, nothing else comes to mind besides entitled people, not any person in part…

It's ok to assume the best but expect the worse out of people. There is nothing wrong with being cautious around men, especially those you meet on the street, I'm a 6-foot guy and even I recall the time I was approached by another man who asked me to follow him somewhere secluded on a busy street. If people claimed all men are potential abusers and rapists, rather than all men are, I'd be completely on board.

I might be in the minority here, but I 100% agree with what you said. FDS uses derogatory insults and demeaning language, but I would rather take that over passive aggressiveness and sarcasm whenever a serious, usually male related issue is brought up. Like you said, this kind of abuse is much more subtle and destroys your self-esteem rather than your character, because gender is not something you can change. I don't give a rat's ass if you call me overweight and ugly. That alone is true, but it…

I have a few possible explanations: The first one, which I think is far more likely is that women who are Misandrists have trauma coming from abusive relationships or sexually assault. They don't trust men and as such, every single one is a potential abuser or rapist. The second one, which is anecdotal at best is that women who are Misandrist have very boring and unfulfilled lives. They never found the "perfect" husband or wanted to settle for anything less, so they wait and wait. A few more yea…

Men and women should stay off or limit how much time they spend on social media. There have been studies linking feelings of isolation and loneliness to usage.

Put on muscle, if you are a buff, 6-foot dude nobody will try this on you. They will automatically assume you are going to react violently and retaliate instead of letting them get away with it. Source: A lot of men and women are afraid of me when I walk by them.

This just me makes sad. I know some of you guys might suspect she was an abusive / manipulative partner, but there's not much we can gather here, and whether or not he had other mental / health issues is up for debate. What really set me off is how easy it was to facade her emotions. Without her words, you didn't think she could be that kind of person and that made me think how many women marry men not out of love but because for other intents and purposes like a baby, status, or their money.

I have never gotten into any relationships either, but I have met a lot of men and women face to face as a professional move. All in all, I would say the VAST majority - 99%, were good people who treated me with dignity, kindness, and respect and when it came to shitty behavior, it was pretty 50/50. Take this with a grain of salt, but most of the bad stuff that's said online stays online. Especially on a reddit since you can say anonymous things.
