| -3 | ‘Man Up,’ ‘Don’t Be A Pussy’ Labeled Offensive Language at Duke UniversityAnd the pussification of men continues. I mean seriously are men proud of themselves when they're this whiny? " Somebody told me to man up, it hurt my feelings instead of instilling a need to be proud and strong". WTF I understand that no one should have to be the mountain man all the time but stop being such absolute and utter bitches it's not ok and it's not attractive it just makes you look utterly weak. Edit: I made about 200 upvotes today, I got karma to blow so send in the downvotes. Also … | /r/MensRights | 28/04/14 05:51 PM |
| 0 | I just realised how true this depiction of society's view is...This shouldn't have made it this far up, today I'm genuinely disappointed with this subreddit, I thought you guys were better than this. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/13 07:26 AM |
| 2 | Is this really humor Cosmopolitan?Serve up Ex-Lax brownies to gibe him puh-lenty of time to sit and think about what he's done. Exactly you poison him. You should always poison someone that you think is cheating on you. /s | /r/MensRights | 14/06/13 06:05 PM |

| 3 | My girlfriend has died, and now her parents are holding my son from me indefinitely. I need advice.I completely understand how it would be heartbreaking for them but the child is not theirs and they know it. They are letting their grief turn them into scummy people, they more than anyone should know what its like to have their child taken away from them, if they really wanted to be good grandparents instead of taking his child away from him they would have helped him get his life together and come to the states, I'm not sure if that's what OP wants now but it seems like what he wanted before.… | /r/MensRights | 18/05/13 05:29 AM |
| 3 | My girlfriend has died, and now her parents are holding my son from me indefinitely. I need advice. He has plenty of standing, even if its just one person that knows that they had a relationship, he will also have his Skype and probably text and phone account records, they may seem insignificant but since Megan is not alive, the burden would be on the grandparents to prove that they didn't have a relationship once he brings his proof forward, that would be the only way that they can keep him from getting a DNA test. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/13 04:09 AM |
| 3 | My girlfriend has died, and now her parents are holding my son from me indefinitely. I need advice.I'm not going to down-vote you yet, but your going to need to post proof, something about that statement just doesn't sit well with me, apologies ahead of time if I'm wrong. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/13 04:01 AM |
| 2 | My girlfriend has died, and now her parents are holding my son from me indefinitely. I need advice. He cant be convicted of kidnapping or custodial interference if its his baby, its like putting someone in jail for taking something that belongs to him, on the other hand if its not his kid he'd be convicted of kidnapping or at least custodial interference. Edit: I am not suggesting that OP should do this because he would definitely get arrested, but in the process of proving their case a prosecutor since the burden of proof would be on the state they would have to prove that he is not the child… | /r/MensRights | 18/05/13 03:58 AM |
| 7 | My girlfriend has died, and now her parents are holding my son from me indefinitely. I need advice.he can be broke and homeless and they still wouldn't have a leg to stand short of being a drug addict he gets his kid back no matter what. Unless there are drugs involved the state will always say that being with a biological parent is in the kids best interest. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/13 03:46 AM |

"Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside. Please Quote my bigotry and explain your reasoning, because at this point I'm beginning to believe that: A) you're inbred and retarded. or B) you're trolling me. because if you were even halfway normal there is no way that you would believe that your argument has any legs at this point. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/13 09:38 PM |

"Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside. You Sir are once again wrong, that is not the definition of bigotry and you proving just how much of an idiot you actually are. bigot Honestly one of the very few things i show intolerance towards is stupidity, which apparently you have an overabundance of, probably enough to spare actually. If you don't like the arguments that I make then don't like them, but one thing you shouldn't do is throw the word bigotry out like its going to add to your argument, it wont, it has no context on my side of… | /r/MensRights | 04/05/13 07:11 PM |

I'v seen gay men stand up for themselves and I respect it, Its funny as hell but I respect it. | /r/MensRights | 03/05/13 07:07 PM |
| 1 | Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside. You choose to be vulnerable. You choose to be an asshole. Sometimes a guy just has to cry because things suck. I get it, a lot of times more is expected from men than should be, but that doesn't mean that a man is supposed to become a victim and cower. You're supposed to assert the better part of yourself unabashed and uncowardly, anything else is an insult to the millions of years of selection that got you this far. Edit: Fuck you back! | /r/MensRights | 03/05/13 07:28 AM |

"Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside.1) You never said >the only people saying there is a child are friends of the possible father. 2) If the state of Utah is doing something wrong there are lawyers and advocacy groups that handle these matters, there are appellate courts that can also supercede unjust rulings. 3) I don't know why but your angry and looking for every way possible to make yourself or whoever your referring to into a victim. Stop it, grab your balls man up and fucking do something, stop being a pussy go out there and… | /r/MensRights | 03/05/13 05:34 AM |
| 1 | Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside.Ok, so i'll put it like this. If you were to kill someone and there is enough damning evidence against you but no body, you absolutely have a right to invoke the 5th amendment to not tell where the body is, but your still going to jail. Judges really don't like being disrespected, so if he/she says produce the child and you don't, feel free to not produce the child but you will be going to jail and don't be surprised if he/she ask a DA to file kidnapping charges. The judge isn't asking you to te… | /r/MensRights | 03/05/13 04:54 AM |
| -1 | Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside.Get a court order if you get witnesses that knew about the relationship and can attest to the possibility of the child being yours, then the judge will more than likely give you one. If she doesn't abide by the court order then she'll be held in contempt of court and put in jail until she does. I don't care how vindictive a person is they are not going to go to jail to keep you from your child unless your a horrible person. | /r/MensRights | 03/05/13 02:42 AM |
| 2 | Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside.Neither a man or a woman has a *legal obligation to a fetus, a woman can not legally put a child up for adoption if she knows who or where the father is without his consent. | 5 | Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside.Birth certificates, mostly matter when it comes to to assigning responsibility for a child. A mans name being on a birth certificate shouldn't matter unless A) You signed it. Thus claiming responsibility for the child. B) You actually are the childs biological father. tl;dr Under no circumstances should you sign a birth certificate unless you're sure the kid is yours, or you're sure you want the kid to be yours | /r/MensRights | 02/05/13 09:09 PM |

| 9 | Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside. In the US a woman can not give up a child for adoption without the father's consent, she can say that she has no idea who or where the father is. If you find out that your child or a child that's probably yours has been given up for adoption you can get a court order to find out where the child was placed and for a paternity test. Baring some extreme circumstances you'll get your child back almost 100% of the time. I'm no lawyer but this is how it's supposed to happen and how it normally does. | /r/MensRights | 02/05/13 08:46 PM |
