Woman get approached because guys tend to be more confident which woman label as "stalking" which 9 out 10 times is not, and woman in general dont approach men because of societal stigma done by woman, they themselves expect to be approached. Men also dont need constant validation from people to feel good like woman do.

Ever since I was kid, society always told me that women were delicate, like angels, that they could do no wrong, and that men were the ones you had to watch out for while protecting women. As I grew up, I realized that wasn't the case at all.
