good point. The fact that HR is not taking it seriously is sexual discrimination. However, I think the lady may have barged in just the same regardless of whether it was a man or a woman in the stall, because it seems she has some mental issue where she thinks she is entitled to a private toilet. Therefore, is this still sexual harassment? or just an assault? The way that the workplace is not taking this case seriously is a serious case of gender discrimination. Because if the roles where revers…

I'm being frank here. Can someone explain to me why this is a case of sexism/sexual assault and not just assault / abuse of power?

Should not be called "Men's Pride", you should consider "Men's Rights", "Male awareness", "Male equality" etc.

I don't know if this is a "human" thing, it may be more of a society thing. In a lot of East Asian societies, big breasts are looked down upon and women strive to have "healthy looking" breasts, which by US standards would be considered kind of flat. This is ingrained from ancient culture.

I heard that in African tribes where boobs are not sexualised, the men are attracted to a woman's knees!

Dude, just be who you are, don't change yourself because of something a date said. She likes controlling, ungroomed macho men, so you two are not meant to be. Be yourself and sooner or later you'll meet the right girl.

Maybe the female therapist has a stronger connection with the owners of the spa which enables her to get more work thrown her way? I'm just thinking that because they went against their own word to give the job to the female therapist.

that's why you phrase it as something like "Excuse me, are you _? I am calling you to talk about your wife ___. I don't know how to put this lightly, but she led me on to believe that she was single and we ended up having sexual relations. Ever since I found out that she is not single and actually in a marital relationship I feel terrible with myself, and being a fellow man I felt it necessary to let you know about your wife's external endevours."

First of all, you should have worn a condom. Second of all, you definately can consider telling her husband. Telling her husband is a must if you have reason to believe that she became pregnant from your seed.

Same story with me except I called a girl fat instead of hitting her with a rock. I probably did a lot more damage than you did though, she got depressed for a long time and changed her body image over years. After several years we got back to better terms but for about 4 years after the insult I was looked at as a monster by all the girls in our school and some female teachers... if only they knew how mean the girl was, how much her and her posse picked on me/bullied me before I snapped, also s…

I'm no expert, but I do the sauna ice bath thing twice a month. I guess you could start out with cold water and gradually move towards colder water. My routine is usually shower, bath, rest, dry up, drink some water, enter dry sauna until you are sweaty and cannot take the heat any longer (about ten minutes for me), walk over to the ice bath (4-5 degrees C), and this is where the ultimate flinch test happens. I have sat on the side of the ice bath for half an hour just contemplating.. but I real…

I vouch for cold water.. works wonders for the mind and body also, jumping into a tub of ice cold water after a sauna session is a great way to test your flinch and also really good for your circulation. repeat 3 times in a row.
