Use your gut instinct. if her attorney is one of the chosen few attorneys that own that courtroom and own the judges then there’s nothing you could do, even with an attorney. I could not find an attorney willing to fight false charges against me so I realized I had to do it myself.

Might be different with kids? Getting divorced without kids is like a misdemeanor for stealing a candy bar and getting divorced with kids is like an F1 felony. They are two completely different things. You can actually get divorced if you don’t have kids. With kids you’re bonded with that person forever
