It does seem as though in this case you specifically ignored statements to force your worldview on it. Regardless, one of my biggest problems with TRP is the idea that any instance that's heard of the underlying ideas not panning out is, "Oh, you just misinterpreted it." 1	Regarding the subreddit's title, did you actually come here to change your mind? Sadly, there's only the red-blue divide where such conversations are taking place. Agreed. I would consider myself more a TBPer than anything else, but I do have some beliefs that "supposedly" mirror TRP (take responsibility for your own happiness, make yourself the best you can be).
