3	Facts are facts! There were multiple actions taken by the Treasury and the FED, all equally if not more important, we do know that pushing for these buy-outs did made things less impossible to fix. Keep in mind that this crisis was an hour by hour ordeal and there where fires popping up everywhere. We truly were lucky. From 1940 up to 1980 there were 8 recessions from 1980 to today we've had 3. The "recession" of the early 2000s was actually due to the Asian Financial Crisis, and it doesn't really count as a recession because it didn't last two quarters (only 4 months). Guy defends himself Oh there's a saying in it where you say "there's weight there", so even if you can handle the weight, you "feel" it, and overhead at 135 lbs is definitely a weight that you feel even if you can handle far larger weights, specially for warm ups. I've been training for 2 years (after a whole life of not training, currently 6'5 and 230 pds) and my 1RM push press with a barbell is at 185 pds, while my 1RM with dumbells is 75 pds each. I'm certain you could do a lot more than me if you trained for it, you just have to get comfortable with the movement. That said however...
