In this situation the police had already been contacted, at that point it's either cooperate with the slavers guild or risk being collared yourself. ...wat

Not really. If I'm on scene and no one but the guy is making any allegations, why would I lock him up? Get your head checked my dude.

Are you implying women don't love their spouses? Yes, cops are generally always frustrated.

Cop here. You wouldn't believe how far some men go to avoid putting their significant others in jail. The more masculine the guy, the more he doesn't cooperate with law enforcement. It's dumb as hell. She hits you, put her in jail. I promise you she'd do you the same way.

Filming the interview is standard in the industry for a bunch of reasons including that one. Recently those interviews started getting put out with the videos to add a behind the scenes feel, but they've always been done.

I'm absolutely of the opinion that men should be able to give up the child to the state in the same manner that women are, and as far as I'm aware that's the law. So you and that other guy are failing to understand what I mean by "abandonment," despite me clearly stating what that is a few comments ago. Women are not allowed to leave a child in a sewer drain. Men are not allowed to leave a child in a sewer drain. Understand?
/r/MensRights27/03/18 03:36 PM
-1

I don't feel it's morally wrong to give the child up to the state any more than it's morally wrong for the state to take protective custody of a child. I don't consider either case abandonment.
/r/MensRights27/03/18 02:24 PM

Isn't that a form of giving them up for adoption? Abandonment is more like leaving them in a dumpster at Chick-fil-A.

No, some vaginas are naturally looser than others. Unless you're saying vaginas are not proportional to body size, which would be very strange indeed. The myth is that they are tighter or looser depending on the amount of (non-disfiguring) intercourse.

Less ladies are comfortable with getting naked on camera, thus we get less porn.

TIL modeling is prostitution and prostitutes are automatically bad people. Why can't we just say she's a bad person without shaming every woman on the planet who makes money off of being naked? I happen to enjoy naked women and think there's nothing wrong with being paid to be sexy. If you watch porn in any form, you better shut your mouth.

Reddit isn't a place to reject or assimilate to the norm. It's a place for discussion. If you disagree with me, let me know why. Or you could always be lazy and poke fun. As for the nazi reference, it's an easy way to express clear, indisputable evil. I could also refer to ISIS as another comically evil group if that would make you roll your eyes and giggle less.

So where's the line? You don't automatically owe your wife $20, but you do automatically owe her.. $5000? $200,000?
/r/PussyPassDenied11/01/16 10:31 AM
-21

I think that's dumb as hell, just like alimony. If I'm a successful businessman, why is my wife automatically entitled to half of my business?
/r/PussyPassDenied11/01/16 07:00 AM

Apparently quite a few people agree with that and yet can't explain it. Including yourself.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/01/16 06:59 AM

Why? I don't understand this legally or morally. If I find $20 on the street and decide to divorce my wife because of it, why does it become her $20?

Technically homicide is killing a person. Justifiable homicide is when you have a good reason to, such as self defense. Murder is the word you're looking for. The unlawful killing of a person.

Like others in the thread, I believe context is key. A similar comparison can be drawn between rape and other morally depraved but more commonly joked about things, for instance, murder. When itchy kills scratchy (or is it the other way around?) we can laugh at it. When someone is murdered in the street, it's not funny.
/r/MensRights24/01/14 01:13 AM

Yeah, there's a deep-seated lust for retribution in most people no matter how civilized they act. Those with limited understanding of the justice system often rejoice when someone behind bars receives harsher punishment despite knowing nothing about their case.

What I'm getting at is that it is silly for a species to decide that they will call certain members sick based on a comparison from their own species. You know how I know someone has a broken arm? Their arm bone is not in one piece like mine is. You know how I know someone has HIV? They have an immunodeficiency virus inside them that I do not. You know how I know someone has schizophrenia? They have delusions of grandeur, hallucinations and paranoia that I do not. It seems you have a fundamental…

If you want to descend into a pointless argument of semantics, we can do that. I've got some free time. There's no such thing as "cleared of all mental illness." Doctors make mistakes. If you bomb a school after being "cleared of all mental illness," someone made a mistake because you have a mental illness. Like we agreed upon earlier, there's no rational explanation for someone wanting to bomb a school. Impulsive and emotional but sane irrational decisions are completely separate from construct…

Someone who bombs a school has serious mental problems. There's no goal that makes bombing a place full of children an acceptable path.

I think to kill anyone in a way that isn't morally justifiable you must be insane. So if I'm understanding you correctly, any killing that does not conform to /u/EdgarAllenNope's morality guidelines qualifies the killer as insane? From what fascist nation do you hail?

I think both men and women face advantages and disadvantages in certain situations. Feminists are fighting their own disadvantages while MRA's are fighting our disadvantages. Because neither of us is going out of our way to help the other to fight our own advantages, it makes the other group seem like they're trying to create a power imbalance in society.
