Damn. I feel your pain brother. It is very painful. How old is she if I may ask? If she has done that then she has been planning this for a while. She only put up a happy face. Speak to friends and relatives to get the anger out and see a good lawyer to get to see your kids at least . Be strong

There is nothing you can do about it. Is out of your hands. Also is not really your fault. Your brain may play tricks on you by letting u think she will call it off and everything will come back to normal. Your next step is to be strong for your kids and make time for yourself. Hit the gym and find spaces or friends and family members to talk to. Don’t keep it in, talk about it . Remember what you going through is not unique and you will come out stronger than ever before

Move to a different city or state. A fresh start somewhere will help

Don’t beat yourself about it. You made a mistake Owen up and move on. Painful it must be nothing worse than living the rest of your life with someone who completely neglects you.

Amazing story. You are no different from what I hear from other men outside. At the end the man wins. Some even are lucky to get a hot 20 year old to end their life with. Go gym, take up a sport, talk to your buddies and if you have kids, make time for them. Kill it everywhere and u see how amazing life is

Time is your friend. You have a lot to live for and most stories I have heard is the man becomes better after this. So stay strong and occupy your time with things

Is painful to admit but is done . Just work on yourself

I think for us men , most of the process is out of our hands and that’s the main thing as you don’t know when is going to end. I just feel like I am in limbo, stuck and waiting for all of it to be over so I can move on with my life. One thing for sure is doing this at 41 years has given me a chance to start again with enough time. Those men doing this in their late 50s and 60s must be horrible

Looks like you need to go and see a priest. Something is fighting you spiritually, all this shows an attack. For your wife she will regret but the damage will be done by the time she comes round to her senses. Is painful but for your wife there is nothing you can do

Mate she is gone. That disrespect was thoroughly planned and she gave a consent that you don’t come.

At some point I completely understand the Muslims handling of this. Completely destroyed soo many lives becos of feelings. Unfortunately the leverage men had in marriage has all been removed. In our western world when men are at the alter and saying those vows, I laugh now as it truly means nothing

Amazing brother. This place gave me a lot assurance as well and I have been giving back to other men here who needs it. Don’t give up and be consistent with your new path. I wish I could set up a WhatsApp group for men to vent as well.

The more you try the further she goes away. Once she has allowed another man to see her naked and probably put it back in. Please 🙏 have some dignity and let her go. Is painful but find yourself and trust me , this will pass. Remember nothing on the earth lasts forever and we are meant to enjoy this experience on our own . Go to the gym , read and socialise and u see how much u missed out on. Good luck

Oh sorry ma guy. This is painful, is a pattern 38-45 are the years they normally walkout. She will regret and I truly hope u don’t take her back. Remember to vent this to your friends and if you don’t have close friends join a group for any activity you like to keep your mind busy. The grief comes in stages and then you are fine after. Just know you will be fine after all this, look after yourself as in gym, change cloths , smell amazing and see how things change. You will find an amazing woman …

Damn, that is brutal. Nothing new here just vent to friends and hit the gym. Find out who you really are. You are a good man and the book no more mr nice guy is what I will recommend. Women are all about their feelings and they never ever remember your sacrifices to get where the family is today. The stages of grieve is all the same so brace yourself. Do not resent her and not be spiteful, rather be firm and confident in yourself . For me is the ultimate test for us men if we can overcome such w…

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 this is everything I went through summarised and expressed beautifully. My people say I took home a baby vampire that was sizing me up but I took as growth, only to be swallowed whole when it matured

U will be fine, was told the same thing didn’t believe it. Find your purpose as a man, you will be a much better version of what she left. Is ok to cry as well, but find your purpose

Don’t feel bad , just know you are not the only one having to go through this. Most of us planned for a happy ever after, things and people change. Work on your self and don’t rush to settle cos u may feel u need companionship. Your kid will get older and understand

Damn the quote … when a man makes money he thinks of the family, whiles the woman that makes money wants to proof that she can live without a man. Comes to mind. Nothing will change her mind , prepare to move on

Get your self together quick and she will be back 100% I have seen this before. Do not take her back no matter what. I did and now it’s worse than ever. Worse mistake of my life and now I am stuck cos now she is emboldened

Be strong 💪🏽. Pray , Gym and Grind. Is the only way, the more miserable you get the more she wins. Don’t let her win

Very tough to read. You owe it to yourself to come out of this. One thing that helped me was talking, I walked for miles whiles on the fone to my sister. God bless her. She listened and that saved me , find someone you can vent to and let it all out. Cry , sleep on the floor if you have to. Play the book of psalms in your home and see what God can do. Good luck buddy don’t give up

Is mostly hormones. I am sure any married man here with young babies know this. Find something to do for yourself like gym or cycling. Don’t let her stress you, life is too short
