To have sex with somebody, knowing that they might just be doing it in the hope it leads to a better life for them, is exploitative. They have to be having sex with you only for pure sexual desire. Again though, the argument is "they can get access to a much easier life if they stay with their partner long enough to get PR, that makes it exploitative". The argument is that the men are using the chance of a better life to get women who would not otherwise give them the time of day. There are wealth differentials in the US and everywhere but the lower wealth individual won’t go hungry if they say no, so it isn’t exploitative. The argument against this is that in some countries, there is a constant threat of going hungry. Even though I agree with you, the argument against this would be that if those countries have a significant discrepancy between their standards of living/income levels, then it is inherently exploitative.
