Exactly this. I am still fighting the divorce and financially it’s hell, but your kids need to have a safe place same like we do. And you can’t create that for them if you don’t have them at least part of the week.

Get your ass out amicably if you can. Restart your life with the funds saved on lawyers and thank me later.

This is the way. Don’t let your lawyer do what you can do yourself if you are strapped on cash.

Sorry to hear. My advise would be to focus on your job and retain a lawyer fast. Also: enjoy Europe while you are here. When you have leave go travel around a bit, France is close by as is Austria, The Netherlands (where I am from), Poland and Denmark. All places worth a visit for a few days to get some fresh air and see the world a bit before you are rotated back home again.

And now to the point: yep, she sure wants a divorce and you should too and not bother yourself about stuff like this anymore.

Then he would have been driving on the right side of the road for once if he would have succeeded in his plans. But now serious for op: Norway isn’t that far away from the uk. Don’t know where she is going to live, but cheap flights are there to most places out from London. Not saying it isn’t going to suck, but you can be a part of their lives if you want to be.

I wouldn’t count on it too much. If you can cut the court process short by sitting down with her and the attorney’s at some point to come to a mutual agreement it will be most likely in your advantage.

All about the money, will just mean more billable hours for both attorney’s.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
