This is the strongest counter point I feel. So does the unwanted child have a right to a claim of restitution once an adult? Could he sue for a civil judgement against both parents, regardless of who gave up or abandoned parental rights or responsibility?

The clinical meat of the matter without the misandry is here. It's already cleared trials in mice and canines. It will almost certainly clear it in humans; we're only 2-5 years away for this to come on to the market.

It would be nice to have more break down on various factors like income, criminal status of victims, family make-up, urban area, zip code, etc. Then the data could be better correlated.

Do you mean it as in the FDA clearance will be too high? Or as in a conspiracy? The company has used the drug effectively on mice, dogs, and primates in trials. That's excellent progress, humans are imminent.
