I have been thinking. I did this to someone else before. Haha. Something about rage expressed through creative formatting undoes the validity of a person's anger. Cruel punishments lead to drastic (and frequently cruel) steps to avoid punishment. Gacy did not start killing kids initially until one of the one's he fucked told authorities. He then realized he could stay out of prison longer if the victim was dead. Cruel and unusual punishments don't do much good other than satisfy rage boners like yours. If you are going to get boiled alive for doing something you will do a lot to avoid getting caught doing that thing.
