I have chronic depression for 5 years now and social anxiety. Sometimes by stuff like this, I get weird temporary feeling that I can’t describe even to my psychiatrist. If we go by books. What you are eating is still calorie filled, and random fasting is not very affective. I gotta stop thinking about what and how much I eat. Just don’t eat processed/unhealthy food and exercise as much as I can should be the goal. I need to change my mindset. Thanks bro. For 1 month last year, I strictly kept my calorie count under 1500 and exercised a bit, and lost 10 pounds in a month. But I couldn’t continue that diet. It’s specially hard for me to maintain calories as I don’t eat meat. How many times you take protien powder? Do u also take slow release protien powders? I can work out, I am not lazy. Yes definitely. I am pretty handsome but gained some weight in past few years and girls are not as attracted to me to as they used to be. They will say they like dad bods, but it’s a lie.
