Here's the main problem I have with the CDC's study: It was performed on consenting adults, and they're using this to justify nonconsensual removal of the foreskin from infants. I think that like many of you, I see no issue with the voluntary, informed choice of adults to be circumcised for whatever reason, but I don't know how you can morally support the routine mutilation of infants with otherwise perfectly normal foreskin.

I prefer to go about this by looking at the top 10 worst colleges in terms of reported rapes. For example, Indiana University in Bloomington, between 2010-2012, had a staggering 54 reported incidents of rape. The leaker isn't the one who stole the photos, so no, it isn't akin to breaking in to her house and stealing a physical copy of a sex tape. So it'd be more akin to a pawn broker knowingly selling stolen merchandise in terms of real world crimes.
