swiss boarding school how does sending a child away from their home equate to parenting? it always makes me wonder. it's the opening line of villain step parents in every expression of evil step parents who never wanted a kid. maybe there's a reason he's 'ungrateful'.

What it allows is a level of context. The general idea is to develop critical thinking skills that can help you in all areas. As opposed to just reading/watching fox, cnn, etc, broaden that base with a sense of history and thought that can further attraction to those interested. Another pillar of foundation.

it's a bit weird, but it should be noted that this report is provided specifically from the woman's lawyer's presentation to the court while seeking a restraining (safety) order. the statements presented by her lawyer (not the police) may not be in themselves facts, and are effectively 'they said/they said', unless supporting evidence is supplied alongside. further, this is part of a larger divorce proceeding where the tactical positioning of both parties may (and be coached to) include: adulter…

some people don't care. imposing your morality will only promulgate further issues that they will capitalize on. never let them see you in pain that way. tomorrow is another day.

by going out, and saying hello more. ;p start small, maybe local coffee shop, and ask to share a table.

it's entirely possible, if not probable, that the men you've approached have been intimidated or wondered what the hell a beautiful woman is doing talking to them other than to ask for directions. eventually though, you'll hit that guy that shines. i hope you find a pile of them, and get what you need. whereabouts approximately, are you located? i could use something to do this saturday :)\ edit: for those wondering, it's a 2500 mile trip from one to another ;p

perhaps the easier question is: what are you doing right now that doesn't seem to be working for you? are there other limitations (population/small town type issues, etc) that seem to be contributing? worth noting there is no real primal order of things to go against. it's all just "the pirate code" which is really more just a set of guidelines...that may be thrown away at any point in time. ;p it's hard to make suggestions with no context other than, smile, hygeine, get out of the sweatpants, e…

men are not generally turned off by an approach from a woman. the issue i've noted most often is a lack of confidence in the men doing the responding to an approach from a woman. story time from some years ago: new, pretty, employee (just moved to the city as well) in the building i worked at, but not my office. i helped her find the weird little access to a rooftop air traffic control tower she was starting work at. she was very grateful, and we had a fun little conversation. ran into her again…

you just spelled it out for yourself in the first line. Be friendly, start talking, be social. they all flow from one to the other. keep trying, it all takes some practice and getting used to find that flow and roll with it. i find that stepping outside of yourself in this works for me. you mentioned the librarian, and how it affected you. next time try to come at the same opportunity from their perspective with some empathy. not everyone will be welcoming, but along the way you'll probably meet…

answering in such a way as to look for validation may be the wrong tack here. maybe : her>you look suave you> suave and deboner. (yes, deboner, not debonair ;p ) a mild agree and amplify response. good luck and live the dream.

taking things too fast, no matter how 'into it' she says she is. it leads to expectations and fortune telling about the possibilities of a future. tl dr: don't bake a cake at 600 for 3 min hoping to get a good cake.

using your own example of military service, what was the difference between day 1 and day 100? the difference between picking up a rifle for the first time and that last time? the difference between tactical motions at day 1 compared to day 200? the difference between what you could do then and what you can do now? the difference is practice and understanding through learning by examples and owning your mistakes. there is no way you can get worse by trying and failing. it's only worse by not sho…

honestly, what i want from a woman is the same thing i'm willing to give: *sincerity. *trust *fun *intelligence *chemistry *attractiveness *safe-harbour some of these are day 0 type things, others are developed over longer periods, but that's what I've come to desire over everything else. the specifics of each item will vary from person to person, but the core ideals remain the same. have they really changed all that much over the years? no, but they were never really stated as goals either. unl…

just rereading what was mentioned above and ultimately, it's an extended empathy of not just what they're feeling, but why.

Context is everything. The why's rather than the what's. Say you meet someone in a really bad mood, sad/angry/whatever. Do you even say hello, or walk the other way? Say you chat for moment, 30 sec into chatting you start to think what's this persons damage, you're bringing me down, when it shifts and they say they've just had someone die they were close too. Suddenly the situation has context. Shit tests, general responsiveness, even communication styles all have a context different from oursel…

i see it the other way. for me it humanizes them far more by contextualizing what they're saying, doing, and responding too.

an ultimatum only works when it's a promise, not a threat. one should never make hollow threats, only pure actions.

there needs to be more context for a reasonable response. having it happen once is random, have it happen with independent people and it's far less random.

40 here, and making good progress in the month or so I've been developing in this. It wasn't something I'd ever considered myself good at. Turns out I was wrong. Most of the schtuff here is very relevant in many areas of interaction and everything has gotten better. I believe it will continue to get better still. Thinking it only applies to PUA is a bit limiting.

i think you're saying 'there are no rules in fight club'. is this really fight club? is a guy with morals, ethics and standards more or less attractive than one without? would you take candy from a baby, just because it was a baby and you felt like a lollipop that day? would taking that lollipop really snap that underdeveloped person into the mindset you think it would? try deconstructing what you're saying.

Trust is a fundamental issue that goes both ways. too often it seems to be forgotten that men want to be vulnerable as well, yet are judged on clothes, cars, money, friends, and the like. O Brother where art thou has a great quote: 'Vernon here's got a job. Vernon's got prospects. He's bona fide. What are you?' The same vulnerability exists in men, the same desire for an honest connection to a better future with someone to love and share with.

I used to see a women from eastern europe who had moved to north america (large urban city 2m+) in her teens. Her complaint was that north american men were very reluctant to approach and it left her very bored at clubs or just out. I discussed the suggestion of sexual harassment/etc and it's application as both a tool used by some disturbed women to harm men or cover drunken mistakes, and how it has tainted the idea of success in casual pick up. On the flip side, there is a real concern of havi…

Be engaged. Do not expect your partner to do most everything. No one likes a dead weight. Do not mindread, be communicative about your wants and needs. Be vocal or physical, not shouting the roof down, but actively showing appreciation for something good. Use your stomach muscles more. Yes, more. If you're on the bottom, use a slight undulating motion with your stomach and hips. Practice.
