Respect, man. It did come off as dismissive of overtraining. Other than that I was fine with it. Rhabdo sucks let me tell you. Make sure you’re hydrated and nourished. Alcohol and training don’t mix well either. Not for me anyway. You mostly see Rhabdo in the military and CrossFit bit it happens to regular lifters as well. Apologies, as I was buzzing hard at first, but sobering now.
