Do you think a spit and a kick he barely felt, deserves possibly dying? Like, it's not like he shoved her and she fell, which I would not have a problem with. -9	What could go wrong Not sure if you're serious, but that level of violence is not even close to legal as self defense/warranted uncontrolled reaction in this case (at least not in Sweden, regardless of gender). She was being extremely disrespectful, but he could have severly injured her. Grabbing her and shaking her or something would have been more justified.
