I would have to agree. At one point I even found myself feeling completely empty after hooking up. The casualness of it all started getting to me. I found myself wanting a bit more meaning. The song and dance became exhausting as OP says.

You’re breakdown is great for 14-15 year olds. Or young guys new to lifting in general. If you’re a grown man and you haven’t learned to lift properly by this point with proper form, more than likely it’s not going to happen for you. The same way this guy in not going to suddenly become “red pilled” and start nailing hoes left and right. Plus you’ve left out diet, protein consumption snd sleep/rest which is also half the battle. A guy living his life on point doesn’t need this advice. Put in the…

Is it so overly complicated to develop a personal program and know what works for your body specifically? I get needing a program when you’re first getting started. This sounds like some gatekeeping follower bullshit to me. IDGAF about your program. I’m just competing and pushing myself. Worry about yourself. I’ll do me and not even consider your opinion on my regimen.

You’re a kid. Learn from this relationship and move forward. You aren’t as “red pilled” as you believe if this has bruised your fragile ego. WTF does that really mean anyway. You fit the construct other men set out to determine your self worth? Fuck ALL that nonsense. Checking all the boxes set forth to you by others leads to this bruised ego, because you are worried about what other people think. Just do you confidently. You don’t require anyone else’s validation to do so. Then you are truly fr…

Do you. It’s beta to ask other guys for their validation about the way you want or choose to live your life.

Are you a moron? I am implying that she looks like a little girl. I have a 17 yr old myself. Thus... no attraction there.

This was funny lil guy. How did this “knowledge” of 20 WHOLE years make it past the mods?

I have also been putting weights in a backpack to do dips on my back porch. Same effect as a 45lb plate hanging from my waist at the gym. Gotta get creative. For my pushups I just have my 8 or 12 year old hop on my back.

At least you have a better idea. Great idea with the tracker. Good luck.

That is subjective really. If she hasn't actually cheated on you it is shaky ground. What does your gut say? You feel violated, which is understandable. Look for more evidence. If you find her to have been faithful then re-evaluate your feelings and why you have them. Holding her accountable for a past before you isn't really fair then. Esp if she loved you enough to stop. So it all depends. Regardless, working on yourself is only a positive. All things being equal make a list of the positives a…

I get it. Believe me. Good idea. One step at a time. Take your life and control of it back. It isn't a competition as well. Just be the best version of yourself. Find validation within. My wife was always trying to knock me off my pedestal. I look 10 years younger than I am. It pissed her off when people complemented or commented on it. I never let her shake my confidence in myself. Even if it appears irrationally unwavering. Be confident. Be sure. Good luck

No. I have cut that cord. It is a state of mind. I can look myself in the mirror and know I truly gave her 100% of myself. She was a SAHM for 16 years. Honestly man, I have prob slept with 20+ women since that point. I found someone I clicked with and have completely chilled out since that for the past few months. This one isn't the hottest woman I have been with or could get. She is pretty, but heavier than I would prefer. She's a great person in this giant shit show though. It is easy. I enjoy…

It is pretty glorious. I moved into a newly built high end complex. It was like a resort here over the summer. Don’t worry about the me too nonsense or feminism at all. When a woman decides she wants to hook up with you none of that shit matters. If the issue did arise(which it hasn’t) I would just pass and move on. I am in public for my job. Women just picked up on me there. Also had lots of success with Hinge.

She had a bit of a breakdown at 40. She asked me if she could have a boyfriend just to “make out with and have companionship” I literally laughed in her face and told her to get a full time job and she could get 10 boyfriends to fuck. It was an attempt to gain control of and break me. It backfired. Then she later blamed me completely for her act of god miscarriage with baby #5 that happened a few years prior. I was done after that. I was a good husband. “Good man” who did all the responsible thi…

I left my bpd wife last July. Married in 2001. Faithful until the very end when it was close to over. I have always been a gym rat and the breadwinner though, so a little different circumstances. I just came here to tell you that if you lift heavily and get in shape the clock is in no way ticking. I am 42. Your head is just in the wrong place. Once I left it was easy. As many older guys here can attest to, women will throw themselves at you. It will trip you the fuck out when the girls under 25 …

I guess it all depends on what you personally took away from reading the book. I loved the insight into the mind of Don Corleone. Especially the detailed account and perspective on dealing with other men, managing personalities and a particular focus on maintaining ones frame at all times during these interactions. Frame above all.

I have this with my buddy who moved to Australia while I am still here in the States. More importantly though, I believe this is what brothers are for if you are lucky enough to have them. I like the advice from Don Corleone in the Godfather to his son Santino. "Never tell anyone outside the family what you are really thinking." Of course family in this sense can go beyond your blood relatives.

I work in the hood with a visible job and I interact with the public all day. It would blow the average suburbanites mind how often I get young girls 25 and under (I will be 42 in Nov) approaching, touching me and sliding their #'s to me. Maybe even whispering something like "When you gonna smash this?" Sounds great right? Except there's a catch. They are always the damsel in distress. Right before you think the deals about to close they ask you for just $60 to get groceries for the week. Or some…

16 oz Celery juice or a cucumber/carrot/apple mix. Then 30 grams of protein in shake form.

Start eating a lot more. Increase your protein intake and those gains will keep coming. If I was your size I would shoot for another 20lbs.

I work in the ghetto every day. Seems like everybody's got some kind of hustle out here so my worldview gets a little distorted.

Can confirm. Dad is Asian. Mom is Irish. I look fully European though. Asian women can sometimes spot it because of my eyes. Point is, I'm 41 and women think I am under 30 years old. I also hit the gym with frequency. I get approached by women 25 and under a bunch these days. They are very forward. Some of them are looking for a SD to solve all their problems and are hustling.

Your liver is overloaded with toxins. This overload has nowhere to go except your largest organ, the skin. Look into juicing celery and cucumber. Your real problem in internal. Fix it and your skin will come along for the ride.
