I am sure I was circumcised with the gomco. Most of the foreskin was cut off giving a tight look, and the scar line is circular.

I had my pediatrician until I left high school. Dr. Barcan was the one who circumcised me. A while back he explained to me that I was circumcied in his office, not before I left the hospital as a newborn. I am happy with the result because it does not have any loose skin so the glans is never covered even I am flaccid. I don't the scar and the left over frenulum is very short.

There was no assessment of drunkieness. You are trying to accuse me of wrong doing without facts to back up what you are saying. You are one of those who determined that you are guilty unti proven innocent. Stay out of the comments.

18 is not underage in Mexico. Get the fact before you put your mouth to inaccurate information.

If that is so, why can't we sent illegals back to Mexico without due process (court hearing)? Because Mexico won't accept them?

In 2016, a US citizen walking across the border from the US to Mexico and back would need a valid US passport book or passport card to re-enter the United States.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
