bro, obviously. family law is a circus. no one cares if you lie on the stand at temporary orders etc. lawyers dick around with discovery, you have to push. i actually build my own software where i document everything i have like 200 posts and then i integrated AI to distill all that down to single 1 page briefs for my attorney, like rfa's, or expository etc. good stuff, now you don't have to whine to a lawyer for hours and get charged just dump it all in and boom done.

all depends on a lot of things, you can't just yank finances away and be controlling, but if you can say get her to agree, or just cut up the credit cards but don't remove her from account etc. or just put her on a budget and send her apple cash etc, say you need to track spending for budgetary reasons. however, you can't remove off banks unless she goes with you and thats the bad part, when you tell her you getting divorced she can easily go to bank pull 20k hand it to her lawyer. lucky me i ha…

when you ask how screwed are you. literally has to do with your specific situation, also what state you are in. example i'm in texas, no fault divorce here so doesn't matter if someone cheated etc. Also one valuable thing I learned if you are a working man but the wife doesn't work, google divorce reimbursements. basically from the time you separate and this does not mean physically, could be just financially i.e. you both open new checking accounts, if you are the one paying for mortgage, groce…
