33 worked as a Condominium property Manager, quit that and I'm starting as maintenance worker for now (still in Condo's). In fairness, I've had good female managers and bad male managers, but overwhelming my experience has been mostly negative when under female management. There's a few reasons for this; - they are quicker to tempare - emotional decision-making - more deflection of responsibility - wasting time over petty or trivial matters - worst of all gossiping, gossip about clients, staff, direct coworkers, and board members.
